"Our family has been staying here for the past three years. Each year we stay longer and longer, and each stay is better and better. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our boys enjoy the freedom of the space, the animals (bunnies, dogs, horses, chickens, ducks!) and the secret spots in the woods. The wonderful golden retrievers greet us upon arrival and keep the boys company on their explorations. We enjoy the views, the weather and our evening fires. Over the years, we have brought both sets of grandparents with us, as well as many friends. Everyone that has joined us has loved the property as much as we do. We all feel reconnected after our time there. Besides the specialness of the place, the location is great to explore from -- surfing in Bolinas, hiking in Pt Reyes, and many, many local beaches to chose from. We'll be back soon. Our 8-yr-old declared after our last visit that he never wants to go 3 months again without visiting."

"This was the perfect weekend get away. We needed to spend some time in a tranquil cabin with beautiful views, a great space to to reflect and be together in. The manager was easy to work with and accommodating. Will likely return sometime in the future."

"My family wanted to do something completely different for Christmas this year and our son, who lives in L.A., needed to get away from all that! My husband is not a fan of snow, so when we saw this property listed we knew this would be the perfect place for us. And, indeed, it was! There is nothing to do in this gorgeous environment, but relax and drink in the beauty, the simplicity, the charm of a lovingly restored, preserved farmhouse with a history! The welcoming environment was heartwarming. Everything we needed was provided -- even a sweet miniature Christmas tree, complete with lights! (Thank you, Susan.) We felt at home, inspired, healed, renewed. The beach is right across the street and a short walk up the hill gives an amazing view of the water. Our dogs loved exploring the property and snuggling in front of the incredibly efficient wood-burning stoves. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to spend a completely restful holiday, just the three of us (actually five including our doggies) with no demands, no stresses, only beauty and the love that fills this home."

"This was a great property -- great location, beautiful yard, and tastefully decorated. This is a good location to explore Point Reyes National Seashore. The owners were very prompt with communications and transactions. The kitchen was well-equipped, as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. There even was a booster chair/high chair hybrid for our toddler along with some beach toys. The only complaint we had is that not all the windows had screens on them and the unit didn't have air conditioning or ceiling fans. We stayed in August so it was quite stuffy during the day. Opening the windows resulted in lots of flies and mosquitoes. We found a fly trap and it caught about 25 flies for the 24 hours it was up. I would suggest outfitting the rest of the windows with screens and investing in some cheap box fans for those stuffy days."
