"We rented this property for our fellowship annual retreat. Twelve of us had a great relaxing and sharing moment in this property with an awesome ocean view. It takes only 10 mins to walk to the beach by using shortcut. Taking about half hour to 45 mins to walk to the beach by walking the original path. Nice workout time :) All the facilities are great except the stove. We spent almost an hour to cook only one dish for dinner.
Russ always gives a quick response on emails and very helpful. We will definitely love to stay here again if we stick with this number of attendees."

"Speechless amazing views! If you don't book this house you are missing out on location, location, location. The beach access was right next door, the house was warm and inviting and all the toys you need to keep you busy at the beach were all in the garage. This is a gem! We spent the weekend here, just packed our bags, picked up some groceries at the store and settled in for the weekend. We drove to Valley Ford and went to the Bird Cafe for lunch. Great house, fantastic views and all the amenities you need."

"Hubby & I visited Low Tar with our golden retriever in celebration of our birthdays. The weather was beautiful with sun and temps in the low 70's both days. We were in heaven! This cottage has the best ocean view on Summer Street. We found it very cozy, comfortable, and quiet. We liked that the sliding glass door out to the deck had a screen so that our dog wouldn't go out, but we could hear the ocean waves and smell the freshest air ever. The bed was extremely comfortable also for a good nights sleep. The kitchen view with that window made all the difference in the world. The place is so sunny and bright. It felt like we had lived there before, as we felt right at home the minute we walked in. The kitchen has everything you need for a barbeque and cooking large meals. Nancy has thought of everything and it was a breeze booking with her.
We always like to visit Point Reyes Station before we head up Hwy 1. We love to visit Toby's feed barn there with its unique gifts and treats. Also the Pine Cone café at Point Reyes Station has good food and you can eat outside with your dog at the picnic tables. You can also do this at the Dillon Beach café.
I really loved how we could walk to the store, café, and beach all within a few minutes of the cottage. I felt extremely comfortable walking our golden in the neighborhood at 9 at night. The town is a sleepy, quiet, and safe community. I would love to live here.
Thanks Nancy for sharing your cottage with us!
