"The house was exactly as pictured, very modern and SPOTLESS! I love a clean house so that was a plus for me. The ocean view from the living area and the covered deck was perfect for watching the sunset while sipping local wine. We saw deer right in the back. Also the place was the perfect middle ground for exploring nearby Point Reyes National Seashore, Bodega Bay and Tomales Bay. Jerry the owner is also a pleasure to work with. Will definitely return again in a heartbeat!"

"As every other review has mentioned, the views here are amazing! This is one of the closest houses to the beach, and the trail down to the beach is only steps away . . . although may not want to wear sandals on the hike down :). I really didn't mind falling asleep to the waves crashing below me, or watching some of the local surfers tackle a northwest swell over a cup of coffee in the morning. Tessa was very responsive, and great to work with!
Only callouts on Dillon Beach in general:
1.) if you're traveling during the early summer months, expect a bit of fog . . . but don't be alarmed, as it typically burns off by mid-day
2.) tv and internet work great, but if you're expecting cell reception and you don't have Verizon, it will be a challenge (I have AT&T, but I was happy to disconnect)
3.) there are a ton of activities available right on the beach, but if you want to travel up to downtown Tomales or the surrounding areas, expect a 5 minute drive.
All in all, one of the better trips I've taken (and this is coming from a Marin County native), and a really enjoyable and pleasant experience."

"We decided to find a place for Spring Break for myself and my kids ages 8, 14, 17 and my best friend and her kids 13, 17. Dillion has been a family favorite since I was a kid and my children were really missing it. The house was adorable, super roomy and extra cozy. Everything we needed was there pots, pans, dishes, spices. I really didn't need to do anything other than buy groceries. The backyard was so nice with plenty of places to sit and a fire pit. There were books, puzzles, and games to turn off and direct TV and dvd if you wanted to watch a movie or tv show. We pretty much felt like it was the perfect rental. We will definitely rent again. Marilyn was super easy to communicate with very prompt in her responses. Thank you for a lovely spring break one we'll never forget!"

We wanted you to know that our stay at your Dillon Beach house more than lived up to our expectations. The energy and sensitivity you put into the furnishing, decorating, and outfitting the house demonstrates a sincerity and generosity toward those who rent it. Waking up every morning, and walking downstairs to see the ocean was also a treat.
We love to cook, and were very pleased with the kitchen. We wanted for nothing when it came to equipment and utensils.
Thank you for all of that. We loved staying there."
