  • Fantastic Cosy Apartment with Full Amenities

"Very pretty and well stocked apartment half an hour to Union Square by Muni tram. There was no problems coming back after dark as the neighbourhood felt safe. We were 2 adults with 2 young kids (one still using a pram) and the apartment was just nice with the queen bed and pull out sofa bed. This apartment has all the amenities you need for a longer visit to San Francisco. The full kitchen includes all the pots and pans and plates to prepare a meal. They even have a coffee maker and grinder so you can purchase gourmet coffee beans from Whole Foods Supermarket which is just a nice stroll away. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. We had fantastic pizza a few blocks away. Safeway, Walgreens and Whole Foods are within walking distance. When you've walked too much around the streets of San Francisco, you can have a nice relaxing bath in the bath tub. The backyard has a beautiful garden to chill in, though it was too cold for us this April to fully enjoy the wonderful flowers and water fountain. The washer and dryer is very handy as we stayed a month and I could immediately wash food stained children's clothes rather than having to go to a laundromat. Will definitely stay here again if I next visit SF."

  • Nice hideout on Hyde St.

"My 2 sons and I stayed for a lovely weekend and found this apartment very clean, filled with light and very nicely decorated. The views were spectacular! The upstairs bedroom was very comfy and spacious. The guys slept on two sofas in the living room. There is another bedroom, but there is an extra charge to use it. The kitchen is fully equipped and I enjoyed having my tea on the little balcony off the kitchen with a nice view of the Golden Gate. The master bath is very small. Would've been nice to have a larger shelf to store my cosmetics and toiletries and curling iron. There was no soap for the sink, only in the shower and no shampoo in either bathroom. The second bathroom is not in the best shape, having missing grout and molding and a small window with a view of pipes in a dark room. There is ample street parking although during the day you must feed the meter every 2 hrs. The Hyde St. trolley runs by often and you can get on at Lombard St. The owner had good communication with me until the day we left. We checked out only to discover prescription sunglasses were missing. The keys were locked inside. We tried the doorbell first and then texted the owner. She didn't bother to get back to us at all and that was very disappointing. Despite that, the apartment is well worth a visit. I'm not sorry we stayed here. With a little more TLC, I'd give it 5 stars. The beautiful views and interesting book collection and art work make it stand out among the hundreds of rentals in this area."

  • Perfect!!!

"This apartment has everything you could want for a home get away. The view from the front deck was great! The accommodations were homey and comfortable. We enjoyed a home cooked meal with a nicely stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer made it that much easier to return home without having to do piles of laundry. Easy access to the J train downtown and, for us, perfect location to walk to my daughter's apartment and the shops on 24th. Anjal added some very nice touches like the beautiful flowers and snacks that were much appreciated after a long trip from the east coast. Thank you for having us and hope to make this our go to place when visiting SF!!"

  • Great home with an amazing view

"My husband and I rented this home to celebrate his 30th birthday. There was 13 of us all together and everyone fit very comfortably in this home. I was a little disappointed to learn that the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom did not work and neither did the steam function in the shower. The hot tub was set to sleep mode when we arrived and we didn't figure out how to take it off sleep mode until the night before we left. I wish someone had set the hot tub to standard function before we arrived. We ran a little behind schedule on checkout day and when 11 am rolled around their cleaning lady arrived promptly. She was nice enough to give us 5 minutes to finish packing up. Overall this home is very nice and worth what we paid to stay for the weekend, imo."
