"Jeff came through for me after our planned vacation house canceled with 10 days notice. I had five more people coming and had to find a place for us to stay. He was very responsive in working with me to make everything happen very quickly. The house was perfect for the group - it has a large living room space where we could all sit and catch up, a full kitchen and three large bedrooms with baths. There's plenty of walking trails and beaches for a meander around, and it's close to Half Moon Bay for a night out. It overlooks the golf course, but there were very few golfers during the weekend we were there. It was nice to sit in the evening and look out over the fairway and see the ocean in the distance. I'd book this place again - it fit our needs exactly."

"My family spent a few days in this bright, airy home while exploring Marin as well as visiting friends in the city. From the house, you can quickly walk to the restaurants, shops, and parks in Mill Valley. There was always an available parking space on the narrow street right in front of the house, with many steps leading up to the front door (pack light!). The kitchen is very well appointed with everything necessary to cook and eat in the home, and there are shopping bags available for trips to the market, a very short walk away. We greatly enjoyed the deck with its bountiful lemon trees and little herb garden. We found the minimalist style of the house quite appealing, although must admit we never figured out how to lounge comfortably on the furniture arrangement in the living room... but the beds were super comfy, and the rain shower in the bathroom was divine! it was thought provoking to live "without a trash can". The owner is available and responsive, we would definitely stay here again."

"I'm not even sure where to begin...The house is very special. We just had no idea when we rented it just how special it was. We live in Chicago and I knew that we just wanted to spend time looking out at this view every day.
The house was immaculate with simple and clean decor. Everything that you need for your stay was provided. We enjoyed the amazing views all week. My view washing dishes was no comparison to my home one. We managed to spot the visiting sea lion a number of times a day as he visited the surfers. We watched the numerous surfers sunrise to sunset with their loyal dog companions. The art of rinsing and changing car side is wonderful to see as you walk down the vehicle lined street into town to grab a coffee and THE BEST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS and breakfast burritos that you have ever tasted.e
We quickly got into a relaxing routine for our stay. Everyone slept soundly to the waves and the ocean air.
Everyone one that we met in town were lovely. The caretakers of this home were friendly and take care of this home like their own.
We are ready to move! Cell service is sporadic. We eventually learned to disconnect and the memories of my husband making work calls walking down the street to the first pole, not moving a muscle or hiking to the highest point of the property to make a business call was quite humorous. He had no complaints working from the dining table all week though.
I highly recommend this home. We cannot wait to return!"

"This is our second stay in the beautiful Victorian on the top of Nob Hill. Once again Brian and Charles delivered!
Not only is the home in an exclusive area of SF, with the cable car line right at the footsteps of a cozy and private lane, with supermarkets and other services at a short walk's distance, it is the attention to detail and care that distinguishes this home as a unique vacation/corporate rental from any others we have visited. You live like a true San Franciscan .
Not to mention the fabulous view room with nearly 180 views from Twin Peaks to just about Alcatraz...unforgettable views of the GG bridge during sunsets and the fog rolling in....unforgettable!
Not to forget the new state of the art appliances just put in ( fantastic washer/drier....better than going to the cleaners) along with a silent dishwasher...it was so silent, I could not tell upon using it for the first time that it was on!
This is truly a large, beautiful, comfortable and all around well maintained classic SF Victorian with modern touches to make it feel modern, but yet maintain it's original feel
We already are booking are next stay...can't wait!"
