"It was perfect for our weekend stay. The room was clean and comfortable for what we needed it for. The location was great, walking distance to the downtown Mill Valley, 4 miles from Muir woods, 40-45min drive to san fran with traffic. (Side note- if you plan on going to Muir woods, make arrangements for a ride home because there is no cell phone service there). Checking in and out was easy."

"Excellent location, quiet and relaxing, it has a great little patio area in a lovely garden which we used for breakfast. The host Robin made us feel very welcome, the studio itself has everything you will need and was very clean and tidy, a great little home from home. If we return I will definitely like to stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for the use of your wonderful studio."

"We loved this cottage in nestled among the redwoods. It was a prime location for walking to downtown Mill Valley or to the trails (Muir Woods, etc) in the area. Everything you need for an excellent stay is provided in this plush apartment. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely choose Kendra's Cottage."

"My husband and I stayed here for four nights after driving down from Healdsburg so we could go sightseeing in San Francisco, visit Sausalito and do some extra day trips up to nearby wine country. It was a perfect location as it was just a short ride into downtown SF, 10 minutes away from Sausalito, and less than an hour to Sonoma and Napa. We found the apartment/cottage very spacious, clean, bright, quiet, and private plus it had everything we needed. It is very nicely decorated, and the adjoining European-styled terraced garden outside is lovely. In Sausalito we had fabulous burgers at the Napa Valley Burger restaurant and a very nice dinner at the Buckeye Roadhouse. Our favorite meal of the trip was in Napa at a restaurant called Grace’s Table.
We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area. We wish we had had more time to explore the nearby mountains and other outdoor attractions such as Muir Woods and Stinson Beach.
Chuck and Eileen were very nice and helpful, and Chuck responded quickly to emails and phone calls."
