"We came here for a little weekend getaway and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The cottage is charming, cozy and full of conveniences that made our stay comfortable and very relaxing. Just steps away from the beach and a stones throw from hiking trails, we really enjoyed our weekend here. (Our little dog also had a blast and we appreciated the outdoor shower with hot water for easy clean up after spending the day on the beach.) Jerry, the property owner, was extremely helpful and has really thought of everything to make your stay here fun and enjoyable."

"My family stayed at the home while in Sonoma for our son's wedding. The house could not have been more perfect for our needs with great indoor space, lovely places to gather by the pool, and the many outdoor seating areas around the house. Everything was clean, comfortable and in good shape. The rental manager and the homeowner were very helpful in answering my emails ahead of the visit. When we arrived, the AC kept resetting because apparently the renters before us did not know how to work the simple thermostat and had mistakenly set multiple programs on it. The owner and manager were immediately responsive and addressed this small problem right away. I have seen the two reviews before this one and really do not understand what those people are talking about. Although I would agree that the outdoor space has too many levels to make it a good fit or small children. I wish I owned this property! It is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We all loved the wild turkeys that gathered at the foot of the hill each morning, the deer grazing outside the fence, and the cattle in the field next door. The house is only a short drive to everything local, and also convenient to both the Napa and Sonoma wine regions. We walked to the square one day--while not a really short walk, it was not terribly far, and it was a fun walk. I would love to stay here again and hope to do so!"

"I and my little Shih Tzu spent January and February in this townhouse and it could not have been more perfect for us. The place is so charming with its cozy atmosphere which I found very comfortable. I have stayed in other rentals during the winter in Tiburon, all of which have been nice, but this was much quieter and warmer and had all of the amenities one could want, including covered parking onsite. It is so convenient to Woodlands Market (a block), the library (on the next corner), the waterfront and ferry to SF, restaurants, shops and salons (just a few blocks). I walked everywhere. The owner and her assistant were unbelievably accommodating and friendly and I enjoyed getting to know them. Since I live in Maryland, am retired, want to spend time with my daughter and family who live nearby the townhouse and like to escape the cold and snow, I hope to stay there next winter!"

"This is a beautiful home just a few blocks away from the coastline. There is great access to surfing just a few minute walk away. It is in peaceful Pleasure Point, away from the busy boardwalk area, but close enough that you can get there with just a short drive. The home itself is beautiful and made our week-long family vacation wonderful. The house was well furnished, clean, and updated. However, keep in mind that one of the bedrooms has a sofa bed, not a regular bed, and one of the rooms has a bunk bed. The master bedroom and bathroom are quite large and beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need if you want to cook. My family and I cooked breakfast and dinner about every day and it was great. We were there during a rather warm week and, as I suspect with most homes in the area, there is no air conditioning. However, there are also no ceiling fans. However, it cools off very nicely in the evenings and leaving the windows open in the evenings and morning was enough to keep the place cool. Overall it was a great house and we would stay there again. The owner is very nice but can be a bit difficult to get in touch with in the beginning. Once we booked our stay she was very responsive and helpful."
