"We rented the home for a long weekend, and found it to be a wonderful way to experience Healdsburg. We especially enjoyed walking to the Dry Creek General Store, sharing fallen applies with the horses next door, making fires in the evenings, driving to nearby wineries, shopping and eating in downtown Healdsburg, bbq'ing and eating al fresco and the Saturday Farmer's Market. It was perfect for two couples, the house is very well set-up and refreshingly renovated. We left with a great deal of appreciation for the DesJardines, thanks for sharing your retreat with us!"

"We loved this home! Met my sisters in Pt. Reyes Station for a long weekend of hiking, dining, and exploring. The home was warm and charming. It is beautifully designed and so very comfortable. The owners were wonderful to work with and made our rental welcoming and easy. The home is steps from wonderful shops, restaurants and Cowgirl Creamery. We loved our time in the little town...but it's also close to many fabulous coastal hikes and views in the Pt. Reyes National Seashore. We loved our time here...we loved the house...and we hope to come back some day!"

"This is really a comfortable family house. I liked that the shower already had shampoo and the rooms were actually really quiet from each other. I am a grandmother with young 20's kids and a grandkid, all couples. Went fine. The living room was our hang out and all the toys in the little single room were great for our toddler. We didn't cook or use the dining room. Actually the place was a little too nice for us, real wood tables that I worried needed coasters and decorative things for toddler to break (only broke one). There were plenty of blankets and towels and the entry via key box etc were really easy. The entire yard is fenced and the driveway had plenty of parking and room to turn around, that was important as we had 2 cars. The kitchen is an older family kitchen, fridge in particular seemed pretty beat up but who cares. It kept our leftovers from restaurants and coffee milk cold. All good! Thank you. The owner was super easy to deal with so that's extra nice. The 20 somethings walked from town back to the house with toddler in stroller, but I worried about them because the road is so narrow... not a far walk. And of course the area in general is spectacular. Thank yoU!"

"This place is fantastic! The studio is perfect and has everything you need. It was well put together, well maintained, and you couldn't ask for a more peaceful setting this close to town. Spend the evenings on your own patio with a view of the American River. Access to the American River parkway and bike trail and parkway is less than a mile away and you can ride all the way to downtown Sacramento. River Bend Park is just over a mile the other way and you can ride your bike all the way to Folsom. You are walking distance to a couple restaurants and a 2 minute drive off of Rt 50. Dave and Linda are incredibly gracious and welcoming people, and were immediately responsive to anything I needed. Thank you both very much for making my stay so great."
