"My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights in mid-September 2015 and couldn't have been happier. It was scrupulously clean, fully provisioned (and with spares) and spacious.
Guillermo was the epitome of the gracious host, responding promptly to any query and making helpful suggestions, hardly surprising as prior to arriving he was similarly rapid in replying to my queries. His manuals on the apartment and places to see were very much appreciated as was his comprehensive welcome and orientation to the apartment.

Lovely apartment and very helpful and informative staff!
"Casa Luna was gorgeous and exactly as pictured on this website and their video on the Casa Luna website. We stayed in the Garden Apt., which is the first floor of the house (#4060.) It was beautiful -- hardwood floors, comfy beds, (they even iron the sheets!) lovely little garden, gorgeous kitchen with every amenity you could think of...for those of you who cook, lol. (Loved the Audrey Hepburn photo in the kitchen!) A MUNI station is just steps away, and we found the staff there to be quite helpful as to which lines to take to get around.
It was the personal touches that stayed with me: Wyatt kept in close touch in the weeks leading up to our stay, sending us several articles and links regarding things to do in San Fran. Most helpful was the neighborhood map which included points of interest. There were also plenty of guidebooks available in the apartment. (Other little extras we used were the full-size bottles of Lavender shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion that are provided, as well as the hairdryer and ibuprofen we found tucked away.) If in need, there is a grocery and a pharmacy nearby. And I enjoyed my morning tea daily from the variety of Stash teas provided.
At one point, we had problems with late-night noise coming from neighbors elsewhere on the property (the Carriage House, below us, it turned out.) I called Wyatt and he promptly answered (at 12:30AM!) and took care of it himself -- problem solved in 10 minutes. Wyatt really goes out of his way to make sure your trip is the best. Thank you to all at Casa Luna!"

"This is my second stay. First floor of a remodeled victorian home. Full kitchen, one BR. Washer/dryer is outside the unit in the utility room. Absolutely a gorgeous home. I fully recommend. Just be aware that there is a steep hill to get to the home. One block away from full 24/7 public transportation. Hoping this will be available for my next stay in the city."

Very cute and spacious home in an amazing location
"I stayed here for 3 months during the summer and I could not have asked for a better place to live. It was close to everything fun in SF, and super close to a MUNI stop for easy access to anywhere else. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious and includes a back yard as well. Anthony and Elizabeth were incredibly accommodating and nice. I would gladly stay here again."
