Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in your lovely home. My wife and four teenage children had a fantastic time. The location was ideal for catching public transportation (I barely used our rental car, but the off-street parking was a big bonus).
For us, and the age of our kids, the location was ideal. We would go see the San Francisco sights during the day and hit the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood in the evenings for some "off the beaten path" shopping and all around people watching.
The house was the perfect size for us and was impeccably maintained.
Thanks again for everything!"

Great condo, great location, hepful owner, nice clean, spacious apartment and comfy beds throughout
"We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. (Just not long enough) Considering we had 2 young adults who are sometimes hard to please. /but they were happy and enjoyed going out on their own, exploring every morning and night before we did our standard sightseeing together. This condo has everything you will need. Fully stocked kitchen, nice and roomy with updated and new appliances and dishes. (NIce pots too!) The whole unit is very inviting and we loved staying here so much that we are definitely planning on coming back.
The beds where comfy, the heater worked great and we had lots of room everywhere. You could walk up to Coles tower if you like a nice challenge and rewarding views. We did it and walked to the Golden gate park to explore a new area every day. We strolled through all the neighborhood streets which are inviting and save with many wonderful restaurants and bars. You can get your morning Chai/coconut tea or coffee just a few steps out the door. There is a little doggie park 1 block from apartment which we found convenient. Whole Foods and another small organic store are within 5 min. walking so we where able to get all our grocerie needs easy during our morning strolls. Thank you Ted for all your service, answering all our questions quickly and kindly and letting us stay in your lovely home. it was a wonderful vacation that will always remember fondly.
We hope to be back someday."

"This is a beautiful little apartment in a charming neighborhood of Victorian homes. We could walk to the delicious and unique little restaurants and shops in Cole Valley. It was super easy to get on the Muni or city buses. We went all over San Francisco without a car! The hosts were friendly and helpful!"

"My wife and I spent a week in San Francisco and stayed here. Unfortunately we never met Susan, who was out of town. However the notes she prepared for us were exactly as described and we encountered no difficulties. The studio is well maintained, with a few subtle extras (a good variety of magazines, very interesting artwork, and chinaware with a bit of style. Public transportation is close by. If you're physically challenged (fortunately my wife and I aren't), the uphill walk to her studio may be inappropriate. If we ever return to San Francisco, I'd try to rent this accommodation again."
