"We had a wonderful stay in Lara and Alex's lovely apartment. The location is perfect—so close to all the stores and restaurants on 24th St. and within walking distance to parks and public transit. We had a car and never had a problem finding a parking spot. Lara was very easy to work with. We'll be back!"

"Our stay at this apartment was great. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked, decorated nicely and was perfect for 5 of us: a family of four (two teen-agers) and a grandmother. We were able to walk to a number of areas of San Francisco or to an area where we were able to get on the cable cars. Alamo Square had a many choices for dining. An additional plus was the garage. We parked on Thursday afternoon and left the car in the garage until we left on Saturday. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Great location, very clean and private rental! We had a great time and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great little neighborhood with many options for food/drinks. For everything that was farther away we used Uber and were able to travel anywhere in the city for cheap. Highly recommend this rental."

"The studio apartment, which has its own private entrance, is very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The location of the apartment is excellent. Although we had a rental car, it remained parked most of the time (there is reasonable street parking with and SpotOn parking across the street from the apartment). The owner provided guide we found upon arrival was very helpful and included recommendations to reputable restaurants, grocery stores and it encourages the use of Bus #5 which deserves its own 5 star rating. We used Bus #5 extensively to go downtown, and from there we walked to the Pier, Little Italy, the business and the arts districts and even Golden Gate Park.
For those who live in the suburbs but love city, the location of this apartment is a real treat. During our one week stay, I greatly enjoyed walking to the farmers markets on Filmore Street (Saturdays) and Divisadero (Sundays); to the Mill, a bakery/coffee shop, to get some of the most amazing bread and croissants and yes great coffee too; and to fine San Francisco dining – all of which located within ten or so minutes.
On the nights we chose to eat in, the relaxing and spacious Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with condiments and even ingredients to prepare meals.
The owners are very responsive and very personable. My husband and I plan on being repeat customers."
