Beautiful property! Great View!!
"This property is in great condition and very well located. The kitchen and living room are spacious as is the very large rooftop deck which provides an amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge."

"We are a family with three teenagers/young adults and this apartment was perfect for us. It is in a great location - situated in a pretty, quiet side street that is within a 2-3 block walking distance to Safeway, the Marina and Chestnut Street (for shops and restaurants). Fisherman’s Wharf, bike rentals and other attractions are only a mile away. The interior of the apartment is spacious and well decorated with nice afternoon cross breezes, and has all the necessary utensils, pans, appliances that we needed. Our kids loved the main shower with multiple nozzles. Another big hit was the full body massage chair in the living room – great for unwinding after a day of biking or walking! The big dining room table was great for board games and card games. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the wifi speed – the signal was often very weak with slow loading, only solved by the whole family piling into the back bedroom with our laptops. In all, this rental was a big hit with our family and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco."

"We have been staying at this large and spacious Cow Hollow apartment since 2007. We used to live in San Francisco and now come back once a year and stay at the apartment for at least a month. Everything about the apartment is wonderful. It is open and airy, filled with light, and tastefully decorated. For those who want to forgo all the top-rated restaurants in the area and cook at home, the large and updated kitchen, with top of the line appliances, is well stocked with everything a cook might want. The living room and dining area are great for entertaining if you have friends in town but are also perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and walking. And the marble bathroom makes you feel like you are staying in a five star hotel. Two bonuses: a sun-lit (when not foggy!) garden in the back that is lovely for morning coffee and the parking space that comes with the house. The apartment is in a perfect location with only a few blocks walk to the lively Chestnut Street or Union Street with many restaurants, shops, to-die-for bakeries, and coffee shops. It is also an easy walk to the Presidio and Chrissy Field and the Golden Gate Bridge. Several different bus lines are also in easy reach. It is a delight to work with Pamela on making arrangements and she is very prompt in answering any questions. We truly feel now like this is our second home in San Francisco and we always look forward to coming back."

"We stayed in this beautiful cottage for a more than a month. It is situated in the backyard of the house, a private and quite place; backyards, filled up with trees and flowers, surround the cottage.
We loved the sunny bedroom, walking closet and the large bathroom unsuited.
The facilities are good and when you need something Nancy Leavens, the owner, is always very helpful.
Cow Hollow is a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of nice and fancy shops, restaurants and bars in the Chestnut- and the Union Street. The Golden Gate Bride and the Presidio Park are nearby. The Presidio has nice restaurants where you can go for a drink, a meal or an interesting lecture. Every Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon they organize the Off the Grid meetings: a lot of food trucks and a great picnic.
Within 10 minutes by buss, you will be in the center of the town or nearby Fisherman’s Wharf. Nancy helps you to settle in the neighborhood and she will inform you about the local markets, events etc. We had a great time with Nancy and her lovely dogs and we will come back for sure!"
