  • Quaint, convenient studio

"This is a great, small little studio in a very centrally located part of San Francisco. Despite limited space, the studio is arranged well, with a nice kitchen and great space to eat. Would absolutely recommend for couples or solo travelers."

  • Wonderful Home Away from Home in San Fran

"Adorable apartment on Mason St in the Nobb Hill neighborhood of San Fran. The space was larger and more open than I anticipated based on the pictures. Very well maintained. Lots of natural light. Lots of city noises and some neighbors could be heard, but this is to be expected in a downtown environment. One drawback is that the unit sits atop 3 large flights of stairs- kindof a burden if you have a ton of luggage. The owner was wonderful to work with- he met me there on the first day and left his phone number to call or text with any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again. Attractions: Cable car museum is a block away & it's FREE! Nobb Hill Spa is a short walk away & has stunning views of the city as well as pristine facilities. Restaurants: Mason & Pacific is literally across the St & Amazing! Beacon Coffee & Pantry on Columbus for your daily caffeination. MyMy on California & Larkin for the best breakfast! Services: Juicy Nails (also across the street) has a super affordable mani/pedi in a cute & comfy venue."

  • Family get together

"Wow! What an amazing property! The photos of the view from the Golden Gate room do not do it justice, it is incredible to sit on the balcony and enjoy the stunning views. September is a great time of year to visit this area, our weather was fabulous, and this is such a great location to have as a base. We had all the amenities we needed in this very comfortable property. We dealt with Brian and he was great, thanks for the info you sent, it was really helpful and we tried a couple of your restaurant recommendations! Oh and the steps, hard the first day, running up them by the end of the week!"

  • A real gem of an apartment

"We spent a week here late 2013. Booking the apartment was hassle-free, prompt, and professionally handled by the owner. Arriving at the apartment, we found everything as advertised. The apartment location is terrific, with stunning views of the Bay, into town, and of the Bay Bridge. Yes, the apartment is on a steep street and up several flights of stairs, but we did not find these to be problems. Location is excellent, within good walking distance of most of the tourist locations. The neighbourhood is safe and pleasant, with a corner store not far away, a good number of laundries, and cafes/restaurants. Friendly neighbour downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped, so you can buy and cook. We didn't drive, so can't comment on parking. We totally enjoyed our stay and will certainly look to book with this owner should we come back to San Francisco for another vacation. Two small things: don't be surprised if you see a family of raccoons walk past on the neighbour's roof, right outside the apartment windows, or be put off by the musty smell in the entry steps. The apartment itself is bright, clean, and dry. A real gem."

Nob Hill Travel Tips

Exciting Stays in Nob Hill Vacation Rentals

For a luxurious vacation, Nob Hill vacation rentals in the San Francisco travel region are the only way to go. Nob Hill is known for its high end extravagance. Nob Hill lodging offers Nob Hill vacation rentals where you can rent a property that is perfect, often at a fraction of a hotel suite's cost but offering more options. Experience San Francisco travel at a leisurely pace, but with the accommodations of the city's most extravagant residents.

Nob Hill Lodging is the High Life

Nob Hill became one of the most affluent parts of San Francisco, when the most successful of the Gold Rush entrepreneurs made it big and wanted to establish a nice neighborhood away from the muck of the gold hunting. The few millionaires to arise from the era built their mansions in what is now Nob Hill. It is located within the famously high hills of San Francisco. The cable cars run through the area, which is not an adventure to be missed while staying in Nob Hill vacation rentals. Russian Hill is another lovely area neighboring Nob Hill which hosts the world famous Lombard Street (the most crooked street in the world with eight extremely sharp turns in one city block). Photographers within your group will want a snapshot both at the top and bottom of the stunning street, showcasing the lovely housing that Nob Hill vacation rentals are a part of.

Shopping is Essential to the San Francisco Travel Experience

Shopping on vacation is one of the best aspects of travelling and knowing where you can get great gems at a discount is a plus. Chinatown is essential to any San Francisco travel plan. Kissmet on Polk Street has great souvenirs that are also of the Asian persuasion. While there, Cris is a second hand store with great finds if you consider yourself a treasure hunter.
