"This property is very true to the images that you see. The views from the top unit are great. Tastefully furnished and cozy, the condo is well stocked (the owner thoughtfully provides all initial basic supplies including shampoos, soap, etc.) Located in a terrific upscale neighborhood of Nob Hill, walking distance to almost all main attractions and if not Uber rides are pretty inexpensive. Great little local restaurant/cafe seconds away (put your name on the list if you can, gets busy) and a small neighborhood gourmet grocery store 1.5 blocks away where they cook something fresh every night if you you'd like to eat in. The owner is very nice, might take a little time to get back to you but always replies back when it matters quickly. Staying here made us get a real feel for SF, a beautiful City that it is! Would definitely come back."

"We arrived in San Francisco one day later than planned due to flight cancellations. As we were rebooking to add a day onto the end of our planned week in the city, we texted Mike and Amy to see if we could adjust our booking by one day. A quick response that that would be no problem helped a great deal with our revised vacation. When we finally arrived at the apartment it was exactly as described. It was great space for two people and in the heart of Nob Hill with great access to two cable car lines. The two transit passes were a great bonus as we travelled a great deal on the cable cars to get to Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, restaurants, shows, and the "F" bus line back from Alcatraz night tour and to the Golden Gate Park and back. An earlier review complained of an odour in the building similar to a cat odour. Wrong! The building has a slight antique like smell when you first walk in the front doors. Not offensive at all and no odour whatsoever in the unit. And as far as the cable car sounds they are minimal and just add to the special ambiance of the location. It has a great kitchen, a separate laundry room off the kitchen, a good sized living/dining room and a spacious bedroom. The latter has that great view of the Bay Bridge every morning when you wake up. The living area does, however, need a coffee table in front of the couch. Nob Hill has lots of restaurant options and the apartment is easily within walking distance to both China Town and North Beach cuisine and shops. Don't miss the Tonga Room in the Fairmont Hotel for a retro Polynesian fun happy hour complete with indoor thunder, lightening and rain-- just around a couple of corners from the apartment. When it was time to leave the apartment Mike offered to store our luggage for a couple of hours in his main floor office until the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up. You know it is a good building when the owners live there as well."

"Megan was a great host and very accessible for any questions I had. The room was great, the bed comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and close to shopping, trolley and all aspects of the city. A great studio with a good value for the area."

"This is our second stay in the beautiful Victorian on the top of Nob Hill. Once again Brian and Charles delivered!
Not only is the home in an exclusive area of SF, with the cable car line right at the footsteps of a cozy and private lane, with supermarkets and other services at a short walk's distance, it is the attention to detail and care that distinguishes this home as a unique vacation/corporate rental from any others we have visited. You live like a true San Franciscan .
Not to mention the fabulous view room with nearly 180 views from Twin Peaks to just about Alcatraz...unforgettable views of the GG bridge during sunsets and the fog rolling in....unforgettable!
Not to forget the new state of the art appliances just put in ( fantastic washer/drier....better than going to the cleaners) along with a silent dishwasher...it was so silent, I could not tell upon using it for the first time that it was on!
This is truly a large, beautiful, comfortable and all around well maintained classic SF Victorian with modern touches to make it feel modern, but yet maintain it's original feel
We already are booking are next stay...can't wait!"
