"This is our second stay in the beautiful Victorian on the top of Nob Hill. Once again Brian and Charles delivered!
Not only is the home in an exclusive area of SF, with the cable car line right at the footsteps of a cozy and private lane, with supermarkets and other services at a short walk's distance, it is the attention to detail and care that distinguishes this home as a unique vacation/corporate rental from any others we have visited. You live like a true San Franciscan .
Not to mention the fabulous view room with nearly 180 views from Twin Peaks to just about Alcatraz...unforgettable views of the GG bridge during sunsets and the fog rolling in....unforgettable!
Not to forget the new state of the art appliances just put in ( fantastic washer/drier....better than going to the cleaners) along with a silent dishwasher...it was so silent, I could not tell upon using it for the first time that it was on!
This is truly a large, beautiful, comfortable and all around well maintained classic SF Victorian with modern touches to make it feel modern, but yet maintain it's original feel
We already are booking are next stay...can't wait!"

"Stayed in this beautiful property last week of May and couldn't have been more pleased. Location is excellent--steps to cable car and a few blocks to Fishermans Wharf. Condo itself if perfect for families--we have 2 teen boys and we let one have the bedroom and the other used the sleeper sofa in the front parlor. Bathroom set up is ideal with shower separate from toilet. Kitchen is fully stocked so we could have cooked if we wanted but why bother when Little Italy is only 2 blocks away. I would highly recommend this property--owner made herself available but was not intrusive."

"What a steal for a stay in SF! You can't ask for an easier process working with the owner. The location is great (it is surrounded by hills, be comfortable!) close to cable cars, munis, Union Square, Chinatown, and more! The getaway was clean and well decorated. I agree with the others, the tourism books were quite handy! It was very convenient to have a two burner stove, shower, and laundry right there! Door is a bit troublesome to open, be sure to read the directions in agreement! It was a pleasure staying here... will bookmark as a favorite for future visits."

Fantastic, tasteful apartment in central San Francisco
"What a great place to stay. You cannot go wrong if you choose this great apartment sight unseen like I did. What strikes you most is all the great interior decorating that has gone into the place. Mainly earth tones but the living room and dining have a lot of burnt orange with black and white artwork and it looks really good. Also there is a BBQ deck off the kitchen and then another garden right off two of the bedrooms where there are Japanese maples growing. We also went up to the top floor to the roof garden which has great views. The apartment has a large kitchen with a huge subzero fridge and a European dishwasher. It also has a washer and dryer so that was great. We met the owner Patricia one evening and she was very nice and she had earlier sent up a "places to Go List" which was very helpful."
