  • Perfect Noe Valley Apartment right near town and public transportation into other neighborhoods

"I am thrilled with my Las Flores 5-day rental and would rent again in a heart beat if I were to return to SF. The apartment was super clean and well taken care of. I arrived and fresh linens were on the very comfortable bed and an ample amount of towels were hanging in the bathroom. There were extra sheets for the sofa bed in the closet. I am a single woman traveling alone and I felt perfectly comfortable in this beautiful neighborhood. There is a coffee shop just at the end of the block with food and beverages for quick breakfast along with a Whole Foods just blocks away. I loved having quick access to the J Church Muni line that brought me into other parts of the city. The owners were so accommodating and nice and easy to rent from. The addition of the Clipper cards was such a bonus as well. I felt like a local during my stay and couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay in this airy and bright rental. It would be great for a couple or people traveling with children that could sleep in the pull out sofa. Thank you!"

  • Enjoyable stay

"We recently spent 5 nights at this suite. It worked well for our first visit to SF. The unit is great and has many positive points. It's a good size for a studio, good size kitchen with lots of dishes, etc. The location is great for taking transit, and the price is reasonable for SF. The hosts are friendly. Being on a bus line the bus traffic is very noisy when the windows are open and it was quite warm when we were there so we needed them open. The bedding and towels could use an upgrade, they seemed quite worn out and a refresh would help. The bed had a thick foam on top which we did not find comfortable so for us wasn't the best for sleeping. All in all it was a good stay, however there were a few things that could use improvement which would help the comfort level of the stay."

  • East coast couple

"My husband and I came out to visit my daughter who recently moved to the Noe Valley area, and this was a perfect home away from home for us. We rented a car for traveling far, but there were so many places to dine, shop and see within walking distance. We were able to pick up and navigate public transportation without a hitch. The block is a beautiful, safe and quiet street. I enjoyed sitting out back among the fig and lemon trees. The photos are a good depiction of the amenities and layout of apt. The owners were available at all times by phone, and respectful of our privacy. Having a washer/dryer available was a big bonus being that we were there a day short of two weeks. I would recommend this apt. to others and would stay again in a heartbeat."

  • Great apartment!

"We recently stayed for over two weeks in Mary's apartment, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is in an excellent location, five minutes walk from the Noe Valley shops at 24th Street, and a bus stop that takes you straight up Castro Street and to the street cars into town at Market Street. The apartment is two floors up from the ground level, and overlooks a quiet street. parking is usually not a problem within a block or two. Although quite compact, the apartment is actually bigger than it looks in the photos on the website. In particular it has an older style built in wardrobe that is quite spacious. it is well laid out for one person or a couple. The apartment is in the older style, but has charm and is spotlessly clean. No dishwasher or clothes washer and drier, but the latter is no problem, because you can either use a laundry service or walk half a block to a very good and cheap corner laundry. Mary is very pleasant and obliging. The few very small issues and queries that we had were resolved promptly. All in all, an excellent experience. We have already recommended this apartment to family and friends travelling through San Francisco."
