"This has to be the perfect spot. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were not only in a stunning space in a vibrant neighborhood but like we arrived at a home away from home. This was in part because we were welcomed so warmly by the owner of this gem. The studio is spacious and equipped with everything you need to feel like you are grounded in the most fascinating city on the planet, San Francisco. A delightful home base. I have lived in SF two different times in the past but never had the chance to live in the Mission. Our stay allowed me to fall in love with this ever eclectic neighborhood. Just walk out of the studio, make a right, make a left, stroll on Valencia, head to Dolores Park, ride a bike or hop public transportation and you are at your destination in no time. Again, the perfect spot. My girlfriend and I spent the month of August and our host could not have been a better. In the end, she became a friend. Anyone looking to spend a month in this city will find no better place than this."

Loved this place and the surrounding Noe Valley Neighborhood!
"We absolutely loved the NOE NOOK FLAT and the surrounding neighborhood and it accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The Style of the place was awesome, being historical in nature but modernized with amenities. The surrounding neighborhood is great for exploring and we felt safe walking around at all times day and night. It was conveniently located to 24th Street where you have a multitude of local businesses including Pubs, Grocery Stores, Eateries, Bakeries, etc. The larger flat on level 3 easily accommodated my wife in the master room and my kids on the futon in the extra room. Theres is a nicely sized central kitchen and then a separate living room with amazing view of the area out a Victorian Style Bay WIndow. If you have a larger group you can get the Level 2 Flat and have the entire Flat. The larger Flat that we stayed in comes with use of the single car garage which for us was great so we could park for 2 days safely and use the public transit system (which we were very close to I might add). The master bed has a double sided fireplace that goes to the Living Room (but enclosed glass buffer on both sides) so if someone is sleeping on sofa in living room or watching tv late you may have a slight compromise of privacy. Not a deal killer but my only criticism was the futon sofa. Once setup it was great but it was extremely hard to setup (and I am an Architect and supposed to be able to do these kinda things). If it would have been setup upon our arrival it would have made life a little easier as we almost had to call the property owner (and it was late at night). I would definitely come back to this place in future and maybe get the entire place next time! Thanks for the memories!"

"A cozy and well equipped cottage in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Access to mass transit right around the corner made it easy to get just about everywhere in the city. The garden was an oasis to come back to each afternoon. Hot tub particularly nice after a day of cycling! Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops. Brad and Michael attentive and welcoming. We look forward to a return visit!"

"We recently spent 5 nights at this suite. It worked well for our first visit to SF. The unit is great and has many positive points. It's a good size for a studio, good size kitchen with lots of dishes, etc. The location is great for taking transit, and the price is reasonable for SF. The hosts are friendly. Being on a bus line the bus traffic is very noisy when the windows are open and it was quite warm when we were there so we needed them open. The bedding and towels could use an upgrade, they seemed quite worn out and a refresh would help. The bed had a thick foam on top which we did not find comfortable so for us wasn't the best for sleeping.
All in all it was a good stay, however there were a few things that could use improvement which would help the comfort level of the stay."
