"The location for this great flat is superb - 1 1/2 blocks from W. 24th Street shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, liquor store, etc. We came to visit with our daughter and son-in-law who live near the Noe Valley area so it was quite convenient. Very clean, appliances all up-to-date and in good working order, attractive furnishings, adorable outdoor space. The kitchen/dining area is very large. Louise communicated with us promptly before our arrival. We had a fantastic time, and will definitely stay here again."

"We spent 3 nights here with a total of 3 couples, 1 baby, 1 cat and absolutely loved our stay!! The house is beautiful with so many common areas to relax in as a group - backyard, patio, basement with entertainment centre, living room, kitchen nook, dining room. The trampoline was a highlight! Our car remained in the provided parking spot for most of the trip as it was an easy walk (expect some hills on the way back) to the Castro district to catch the bus to the wharf. Noe Valley is a lovely safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance. The owner of the home is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at your property and found it a most comfortable refuge at the end of the day. The location in Noe Valley, close to restaurants, grocery stores, neighborhood parks, and shopping, was perfectly situated on a quiet residential street.
We appreciated the spacious well-equipped kitchen, and kept the refrigerator/freezer stocked with drinks, snacks, fruit, restaurant leftovers and, of course, Mitchell's ice cream. A corner of the kitchen held a roomy desk which proved the perfect space to set up our laptop.
The comfortable living room was large enough for a family to relax, play games, or watch TV.
Although we were only two, the apartment sleeps six (two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room). Updated and large, the Jack-and-Jill bathroom was conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
One bonus not to be overlooked was the availability of private outdoor space to relax and unwind.

"I came here with a friend for a week in mid-June. Had stayed in hotels downtown during previous visits, and wanted to try an apt. This was such a nice property- very spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings. Very nice deck we used for afternoon quiet time. Close to Church ST, so convenient to MUNI for going downtown or other parts of the city. Immediate neighborhood was great, with variety of restaurants, coffee houses, etc. We had windows open much of the time, to take advantage of the nice cool air, and it was very quiet.
Owners live in apt. below, and they were great. I hope I'll have the chance to stay here again!"
