"This 3rd floor apartment has been perfectly renovated - everything is in perfect condition, modern appliances and fixtures and beautiful hardwood floors. The owner, Richard is extremely responsive and helpful. Then there is the location - on top of telegraph hill with a fantastic view of the bay bridge. Our group was a fit one, but if you have anyone in your group that has difficulties walking or any serious ailments, then this place is not for you (on a very steep hill and with 34 stairs from the street to the flat)!"

"What a wonderful place! Very quiet, perfect location, right in North Beach by Coit Tower yet you could easily avoid walking the hills if you choose. The apartment is in pristine condition, great kitchen which you should use. Wonderful farmers market in Fort Mason, Trader Joes, Safeway and the markets in China town are also an easy walk. I was solo all but the last week at which point we had a rental car.. Street parking was not a problem, although we were very good about moving it. There's a community pool a block away, as is Washington Square and some of the best restaurants, it's the heart of Little Italy and just past that China town. The owners are very nice and helpful, around if you need anything but give you plenty of privacy.
I was there to train for escape from Alcatraz so loved being able to get to the aquatic center at Fishermans wharf, the marina and biking the course. Great if your looking for activities like that.
We tried to book for December but it's already taken. Next trip for sure!"

"Our family of 5 absolutely loved our time in San Francisco, and in this great apartment. So much better here than staying near the Wharf in a hotel.
Close to everywhere, the Wharf, Ferry Building, Coit Tower, Chinatown, the Embarcadero, and the Financial District.
The apartment has great sleeping accommodations, and is laid out nicely. It is on a steep hill, but we managed fine, and you have great views from two of the Bedrooms. By staying on this quiet street, you had the feel you actually lived there, and weren't just your typical tourist.
Walked basically everywhere, and when we're in a hurry, just got Uber to pick us up within 5 minutes.
Would love to visit again , and would definitely plan it around this location being available!"

"My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this charming apartment in SF. It was centrally located and although we had no car, we were able to walk or uber to wherever we wanted. And we did get to see the whole city! The patio and view were amazing, nice for coffee in the morning and cocktails at 5:00! Great queen sized bed allowed for well-rested nights and the separate shower was roomy and wonderful. The apartment is very clean and uncluttered and has everything you would need. Walking to some great restaurants in the Italian section. (We never could get into Mama's because of the long lines!). Next time!! We would highly recommend this place for one person or a couple who don't mind climbing some steep streets. We are "young" 60's and would definitely come back!"
