  • Close to everything

"Enjoyed our 4-night stay. Location is very central, with easy access to Embarcadero, Chinatown and North Beach. Much less expensive for our family of 5 than three hotel rooms, and the kitchen and den area were utilized at the end of long days of sightseeing. Even had a great view down Montgomery Street to the Financial District and out the Master BR window to the Bay Bridge."

  • Perfect accommodation in a perfect location

"We were a group of friends visiting the area from the UK. We were blown away by the cleanliness, standard of decor and unique interior styling of this rental. The owner had everything that we could possibly need for our stay which was very thoughtful and well considered. The house handbook was well informed, accurate and perfect to help us navigate around the house and area. From the minute we booked the place until we arrived home, communication with the owner was seamless, fast and welcoming. We hope to return to San Fran again and will only consider staying at this property because of such a wonderful first experience."

  • Great Apartment, Close to Everything

"This apartment located in North Beach is within walking distance if most attractions. Trolley and bus stops are only a block away. The apartment is clean and cute. The neighbors are quiet. Highly recommended!"

  • Great unit, great location

"The unit was very nice, modern and well-maintained. Rick was very easy to communicate with via e-mail and phone. The location was perfect for our family. An easy 2 block walk to the Embarcadero, where you can catch the "F" line bus or hire one of the many rickshaw drivers. There was a nice map in the unit that showed a cute local market, and directions to the nearest Safeway (grocery store). If you enjoy food you should make sure to go to the Ferry Building. Another reviewer had mentioned the compact parking spot. We rented a Toyota Camry. Everyone but the driver would get out of the car and help direct the driver into the spot. A minivan would probably not fit. Still, it is a great advantage to have available parking at no additional charge! My family would definitely stay here again!!"
