"We enjoyed the very quiet, safe, inner courtyard, and clean downstairs apartment in an updated Victorian with the owner residence above. The #2 bus was only a half a block away and we could access everywhere in the city. It was accurately portrayed in the ad and was a good stay. We would recommend this place to anyone."

"My husband and I have stayed in many VRBO apartments in the 14 years that our son and his family have lived in San Francisco. This was undoubtedly the best. It is at least as nice as the photos, if not more so. There's plenty of room and we especially liked having that extra half bath. The apartment is immaculate and offered everything we needed, since we only ate breakfast there. It wouldn't do for people who want to cook elaborate meals. There are too many excellent restaurants nearby for home cooking! Pam was extremely friendly and made us feel more like welcome guests than paying customers. We highly recommend this apartment."

"We had 9 in our group visiting San Francisco to celebrate our son's wedding. Most of our group consisted of seniors 65-70 yrs. old. It was perfect. Those who didn't want to bother with the stairs stayed on the top floor and used the elevator. Others used the stairs. Beds were comfortable. The house enabled all to spread out and achieve privacy if need be. We were entertained notably by the views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. But we also enjoyed just sitting and watching people and their techniques for tackling the hills, and boat and automobile traffic. We were from different parts of the U.S. Never completely getting on west coast time, we awoke to a beautifully lit, quiet city and enjoyed the sun start to light the GGB. Sunsets were glorious. Make sure you look behind the house to watch the windows of the skyscrapers look as though they are on fire. It was great fun to observe SF after dark. The Palace of Fine Arts is beautiful. One evening there even was a drone flying about! At least we were pretty sure that's what it was. Hardly had the TV on. The house is vast and comfortable enabling everyone to catch up with their news. It couldn't have worked out better! We only had a problem with the internet and the owners/managers were quick to help us out. For groceries, Safeway is down in the Marina District. Not far but you will need to drive. However, for last minute items we walked to Green Street Market. If you need a place to accommodate a large group I don't think you can do better. Everyone went home with fond memories."
