"This was the second time my husband and I had stayed here. As in the past, it is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The host is very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was very well appointed with lots of little special touches. She leaves a couple of water bottles, chocolate bites and munchies for your arrival should you need something right away. There are fresh flowers in the room when you come in. Her own lovely art is on the wall. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience although we didn't use it. The kitchen is very adequately stocked.
Some things that were particularly important to me were that there is a lot of counter space in the bathroom to put toiletries. Also, there is a lot of clothes storage: two large chests with drawers and a large hanging closet. Plenty of light. All in all, the hosts have thought of everything to make the visit comfortable and have included it.
There is a nice large patio in the front, but we didn't have a chance to use it.
The living area is fairly large and there is a fold out sofa bed in case there are 4 persons.
With respect to the area, Noe Valley is a fantastic part of the city with lots of things to do if you like to walk around. The apartment is close to the J line which will take you directly downtown. Or a short walk from the Mission/24th BART station. Faster to downtown altho a little longer walk.
The hosts have included lots of information and brochures about the local neighborhood and the city to give you some ideas about how to enjoy San Francisco.
I would go back there is a nanosecond."

"Property was clean and well maintained and the garage was a real plus. Convenient to public transportation as buses were on Cortland and it was a short walk to the BART on Mission. Many restaurants and a food mart were also nearby on Cortland and Mission. Property owner, Teresa, was a pleasure to deal with and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again."

"This beautifully decorated, spacious one bedroom condo in the Marina District was perfect for a week-long getaway for my husband and me. The owner was incredibly easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions. Less than a block from the water and an easy walk to grocery stores, many restaurants and shops, Ft. Mason, the Presidio and Golden Gate Bridge. I especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and very large, comfortable master bedroom. Thanks so much for helping us have a wonderful trip! - Melissa"

"We usually stay in vacation rentals as we have found they tend to provide a more authentic snapshot of a destination. We were not disappointed with this rental! It was literally steps away from the entrance to Presidio Park and a short (10 minutes or less) drive to downtown SF. Great restaurants were all around the rental, Golden Gate Park was within walking distance, and the location provided very easy access to most of the city's major thoroughfares. We can't say enough good things about the rental and the owners are a big part of that. They made sure we were able to access the rental and were comfortable and settled in, and provided a prompt response to any and all of our inquiries. A great week in a very interesting city, with this rental being a wonderful base camp for the daily adventures!"
