"This is our second stay in the beautiful Victorian on the top of Nob Hill. Once again Brian and Charles delivered!
Not only is the home in an exclusive area of SF, with the cable car line right at the footsteps of a cozy and private lane, with supermarkets and other services at a short walk's distance, it is the attention to detail and care that distinguishes this home as a unique vacation/corporate rental from any others we have visited. You live like a true San Franciscan .
Not to mention the fabulous view room with nearly 180 views from Twin Peaks to just about Alcatraz...unforgettable views of the GG bridge during sunsets and the fog rolling in....unforgettable!
Not to forget the new state of the art appliances just put in ( fantastic washer/drier....better than going to the cleaners) along with a silent dishwasher...it was so silent, I could not tell upon using it for the first time that it was on!
This is truly a large, beautiful, comfortable and all around well maintained classic SF Victorian with modern touches to make it feel modern, but yet maintain it's original feel
We already are booking are next stay...can't wait!"

"We had a great time at the 3BR apt. It was an excellent location, and an easy walk to Union Square (where we were attending a conference). It is located in a great neighborhood, with lots of bars and restaurants, and extremely close to any Chinatown or Little Italy location.
The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, and the rooftop porch was a nice spot to get a view of the neighborhood. Because we were a party of 5, we were concerned about there only being one bathroom in the apt. However, this was a nonissue--the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which made it relatively easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, which was great for making breakfast in the morning and the occasional meal at home.
Would definitely recommend, and hope to return soon."

"I can't say enough about this home on Green Street. Perfect location, walking distance to all of the Embarcadero: Fisherman's Wharf, the Marina, Ghirardelli Sq, Hyde St cable car, Blazing Saddles bike rentals, etc. We stayed there with our 6 children and walked just about everywhere. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the home was clean, and well-stacked with all the necessities. BJ and Larry were proper hosts: gave us a code for the home, had daily newspaper delivered, and gave us tips on where to eat in the area. The showers were very comfortable, the gardens gave a pretty view from the kitchen, and the rooftop deck was spectacular. I would return and stay there in a heartbeat!"

"My wife and I just concluded a one month stay at this property and we were impressed with the accommodations, view, location, management company, etc... Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the SFO Bay was a great way to start the day. The parrots of Telegraph Hill often paid us a visit each day. They were so close you could almost reach out and touch them as they dined on the berries from the nearby trees. The unit came equipped with everything we needed. It was wonderful to watch the fog roll in and out of the SFO Bay throughout our stay. You could even hear the harbor seals during the day. When we could see clear to Sausalito, we knew the weather would be perfect that day. The location was fabulous. One needs to be ready to tackle the hills though, but it is worth it. The end of the street is what we called the secret garden, a beautiful garden walk down to Leavenworth St. We took it every few nights when we wanted to get some gelato in Little Italy. The management company and owners were very accommodating whenever we had a request. The neighbors were also very friendly. They made us feel at home. We will definitely be back..."
