"Michael was very helpful and accommodating . This place was such a great place for my husband and I. The bed was super comfortable and so much space for us. The place is 2 blocks away from a ton of great places to eat, have drinks and shop. It also is right next the park, which is a day in itself to explore. There really was no need for a car, we used Lyft and Uber for all our transportation and it was very cheap. First time users even get a couple rides for free. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay if visiting SF. It is great as a romantic get away or a trip with the family. Thanks Michael for the use of your beautiful place while staying in SF."

"We had 9 in our group visiting San Francisco to celebrate our son's wedding. Most of our group consisted of seniors 65-70 yrs. old. It was perfect. Those who didn't want to bother with the stairs stayed on the top floor and used the elevator. Others used the stairs. Beds were comfortable. The house enabled all to spread out and achieve privacy if need be. We were entertained notably by the views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. But we also enjoyed just sitting and watching people and their techniques for tackling the hills, and boat and automobile traffic. We were from different parts of the U.S. Never completely getting on west coast time, we awoke to a beautifully lit, quiet city and enjoyed the sun start to light the GGB. Sunsets were glorious. Make sure you look behind the house to watch the windows of the skyscrapers look as though they are on fire. It was great fun to observe SF after dark. The Palace of Fine Arts is beautiful. One evening there even was a drone flying about! At least we were pretty sure that's what it was. Hardly had the TV on. The house is vast and comfortable enabling everyone to catch up with their news. It couldn't have worked out better! We only had a problem with the internet and the owners/managers were quick to help us out. For groceries, Safeway is down in the Marina District. Not far but you will need to drive. However, for last minute items we walked to Green Street Market. If you need a place to accommodate a large group I don't think you can do better. Everyone went home with fond memories."

"This is a great house that made us feel like we were visiting the real San Francisco. Four business associates stayed while in town for a show at Moscone Center. The location is convenient to transportation and walking for eating. I wish we had another week in town to explore the area. I must also say that literally the first person we saw walking down the street when we pulled up was naked. So be prepared for a real SF experience and just go with the flow.
The house was large and well appointed. Everything we needed was there and Elizabeth & Anthony made us feel very welcome to stay and care for it as if we were at home. There is much evidence of family & family activities around the house and a lot of the kids artwork on the walls. If you expect sterile and clean with no evidence of anyone else having been there then this place is not ideal for you, but if warm and homey are good with you, then settle on in.
The fact that it has a garage made renting a car easy. The garage is a bit difficult to get in and out of and will probably take the effort of two people (a guide) until you are used to it, but it is a plus. I see someone else commented also, the issue is the incline makes visibility difficult and the pedestrians, traffic, parked cars and a nice tree in a bad place make it hard to manage without experience.
Bottom line is I would go stay again without hesitation and I think that is the best recommendation I could give."
