  • Loved the view!

"We had a great time in San Francisco and staying at your townhome provided us with excellent lodging. We absolutely enjoyed the views and location. Watching the fog roll in was fantastic! It was nice to stay in a neighborhood and not in just another hotel. We walked down to the stores and enjoyed the neighborhood. The surrounding areas gave us a nice perspective of how it would be to actually live in San Francisco. We did not have a car, we used UBER to get around. UBER was great, fast and easy to use. Thanks for all the value added information you provided us in our planning."

  • Perfect Location

"We visit SF often and we will definitely be staying here again. Tucked away just off Cortland and close to coffee shops, two lovely bakery's, Whole Foods, Epicurean and so many more great shopping spots. It's a short walk to Bernal Hill and Holly Park is near by too. Bus lines are close by so coming and going was simple. We have family that live in Bernal Heights and to find this VRBO only a short distance from her place was a great asset. Comfy and Cozy suits the description well for this great VRBO."

  • Struck Gold

"I have to admit that when I made the reservation, it seemed to good to be true. An awesome location, the photos made it look huge, and the price was so reasonable in comparison to similar rentals in that area. But after staying there for 5 nights, I can't find one negative. The house was amazing with a fantastic kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and a ton of room to move around. If you hate the usual hotel fare of terrible mattresses, you'll love the one here. The high ceilings make the place what it is: a home away from home. We split our time between the city and day hikes in Marin County. The location is perfect for both with parking available for a car, the GG Bridge 5 minutes away, and an unbelievable selection of restaurants within walking distance. The toughest decision each day was where to eat!!! We certainly will be back to SF in the future and if Pamela's residence is available, I know where we'll be staying."

  • Fantastic, tasteful apartment in central San Francisco

"What a great place to stay. You cannot go wrong if you choose this great apartment sight unseen like I did. What strikes you most is all the great interior decorating that has gone into the place. Mainly earth tones but the living room and dining have a lot of burnt orange with black and white artwork and it looks really good. Also there is a BBQ deck off the kitchen and then another garden right off two of the bedrooms where there are Japanese maples growing. We also went up to the top floor to the roof garden which has great views. The apartment has a large kitchen with a huge subzero fridge and a European dishwasher. It also has a washer and dryer so that was great. We met the owner Patricia one evening and she was very nice and she had earlier sent up a "places to Go List" which was very helpful."
