"Listing was accurate, more than we expected. My family was thrilled with location, space, and maintenance. Tay was prompt in responding to emails and very cordial to work with. Can't wait to go back."

"The house is great especially the kitchen. It has a great retro motif that includes an awesome stove. The owners have thought of everything from a welcome book to leaving shopping bags to use during your shopping in San Francisco, there is a city law that stores have to charge for bags. Having breakfast with an ocean view was a great way to start the day. It was great to be able to have use of the garage and driveway as opposed to having to depend on curbside parking.
If your considering a place in the San Francisco area, I would definitely recommend this vacation rental. Thanks Paul, it was a great stay!"

"My fiancee and I stayed at this property for three nights. The apartment is quite clean, more spacious than the photos appeared, which is a first, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the back yard and porch were picturesque. The apartment was easily accessible and in a wonderful area of San Francisco. My fiancee is allergic to gluten and we had no difficulty accommodating her diet in this area.
The only difficulty we found was that there is very little sound proofing, which is common in San Francisco in my experience. This made sleep somewhat difficult in the mornings and late at night as the apartment next door was in the process of construction in their back yard. Additionally, you will hear clearly the people in the apartment above and their dog. I would happily stay here again and I recommend it, however I also would recommend ear plugs or a noise machine for any light sleepers.
The apartment isn't wheelchair accessible, it has a step up to the door and a step down into the apartment, and it sits on a sloped sidewalk. Despite this, it is an extremely accessible apartment, very minimal stairs, and easy to navigate once inside. Therefore for anyone who has some mobility difficulties, this apartment would be a great choice.
Pam, who rents the apartment, was very easy to get in touch with through email, extremely polite, punctual, and professional. Thanks so much for your apartment, our stay was a pleasure."

"I drove to The City on this trip and appreciated that parking was not restricted on this block - a huge advantage - and that the #6 bus stopped just across the street. This tiny unit uses its space to good advantage; I particularly appreciated the kitchen amenities. It is quiet. San Francisco was going through a cold snap when I was there but the unit was warm enough. The bed was comfortable. My only quibble is that the only window opens onto a small interior space - if like me you feel most comfortable with an open window nearby even in cold weather, that's a drawback. The owners leave a list of nearby markets and laundries, as well as small bookcase of reading material. Hope someone has enjoyed the copy of a Tina Fey book I added!"
