"This studio apartment is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of San Francisco but slightly away from the high rise hotels and more where the locals are. Just down the hill from Coit Tower, up the hill from Fisherman's Wharf, as well as up the hill from the Ferry Building. We did not have a car and we walked everywhere without any issues. Ruth was great about responding to our emails and questions promptly, and even let us check in early because of our flight time. We had a great time and would highly recommend this super cute studio to another couple!"

"What a wonderful place! Very quiet, perfect location, right in North Beach by Coit Tower yet you could easily avoid walking the hills if you choose. The apartment is in pristine condition, great kitchen which you should use. Wonderful farmers market in Fort Mason, Trader Joes, Safeway and the markets in China town are also an easy walk. I was solo all but the last week at which point we had a rental car.. Street parking was not a problem, although we were very good about moving it. There's a community pool a block away, as is Washington Square and some of the best restaurants, it's the heart of Little Italy and just past that China town. The owners are very nice and helpful, around if you need anything but give you plenty of privacy.
I was there to train for escape from Alcatraz so loved being able to get to the aquatic center at Fishermans wharf, the marina and biking the course. Great if your looking for activities like that.
We tried to book for December but it's already taken. Next trip for sure!"

"Perfect hideaway off the beaten path! Not for the out-of-shape though! Lots of up hill walking! Views were very nice. Apartment was fully stocked, sheets smelled wonderful and simply a great place to stretch out after a full day of sight seeing. Patrick is very helpful. Thanks for the Kurig coffee--nice treat! We'll be back!"
