"I will stay there every time to see the kids when I have more than a couple of days. The spot is in the middle of The Marina, the flat is exactly as pictured if not better and the owner is totally out of your way."

"The friendliness and kindness of the hosts; the apartment, comfortable and spacious, including everything you could need for a short/long stay; the location, 1 minute walking to the Golden Gate Park, with plenty of shops and restaurants in a walking distance (including a 24/7 Safeway round the corner) and great transportation to anywhere in the city; all together made that our 1 month stay in the apartment couldn´t be better. Thank you very much Jim and Carol for everything!"

"My wife and I spent a week in San Francisco and stayed here. Unfortunately we never met Susan, who was out of town. However the notes she prepared for us were exactly as described and we encountered no difficulties. The studio is well maintained, with a few subtle extras (a good variety of magazines, very interesting artwork, and chinaware with a bit of style. Public transportation is close by. If you're physically challenged (fortunately my wife and I aren't), the uphill walk to her studio may be inappropriate. If we ever return to San Francisco, I'd try to rent this accommodation again."

Lovely apartment and very helpful and informative staff!
"Casa Luna was gorgeous and exactly as pictured on this website and their video on the Casa Luna website. We stayed in the Garden Apt., which is the first floor of the house (#4060.) It was beautiful -- hardwood floors, comfy beds, (they even iron the sheets!) lovely little garden, gorgeous kitchen with every amenity you could think of...for those of you who cook, lol. (Loved the Audrey Hepburn photo in the kitchen!) A MUNI station is just steps away, and we found the staff there to be quite helpful as to which lines to take to get around.
It was the personal touches that stayed with me: Wyatt kept in close touch in the weeks leading up to our stay, sending us several articles and links regarding things to do in San Fran. Most helpful was the neighborhood map which included points of interest. There were also plenty of guidebooks available in the apartment. (Other little extras we used were the full-size bottles of Lavender shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion that are provided, as well as the hairdryer and ibuprofen we found tucked away.) If in need, there is a grocery and a pharmacy nearby. And I enjoyed my morning tea daily from the variety of Stash teas provided.
At one point, we had problems with late-night noise coming from neighbors elsewhere on the property (the Carriage House, below us, it turned out.) I called Wyatt and he promptly answered (at 12:30AM!) and took care of it himself -- problem solved in 10 minutes. Wyatt really goes out of his way to make sure your trip is the best. Thank you to all at Casa Luna!"
