  • Fantastic Home in the Presidio

"Thank you for having such a beautiful home. I did not know what to expect, but it was more than my family could have wished for in a house rental. The house was very large and clean, and we are a family of five and we all had our own space. While the house had all the modern amenities, the charm of this Victorian home was present everywhere. The home is on a very pretty dead end street and from the kitchen you can see easily see the Presidio golf course. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful so it made sleeping a bit later in the morning quite easy. The kitchen had every gadget and within walking distance you can shop at two markets. One had very excellent prepared foods. The food is pretty remarkable in San Francisco and I grew up in NYC. We made visits to Golden Gate Park, played golf course twice and went to Planet Granite. I had never been to San Francisco before but the charm of the house would entice me to come back. I do hope the state of California get some well needed rain."

  • Will recommend to all visiting the Bay Area.

"Cynthia created and maintains a very nice rental. My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 nights to see the sights and visit some schools in the Bay Area. Pros: Plenty of space and well appointed for staying several nights. Getting back and forth to the airport using the BART was easy. Having off-street parking readily available. Atmosphere of the Mission District. Cons: I did find myself having to drive, or cab it a bit more than I figured. Mostly because of the BART heading North and veering towards Oakland though."

  • Our home away from home.

"This is our second experience with your rentals, and like the first, it was perfect! There are VRBO's, and then there are VRBO's by you. Your units are always perfectly appointed, and equipped with everything needed to be comfortable...a flat screen TV with cable in every room, Wi-Fi, Computer w/ printer, coffee maker, comfortable bedding, and on and on! The space in the garage was also appreciated and saved us the trouble of finding parking. And the location in the Richmond was ultra convenient with short drives to countless restaurants, Golden Gate Park, The Presidio, Cliff House, Ocean Beach and Muni practically at your doorstep! We will be back again, and will be looking only at your units, because we know what to expect with your rentals. Thank you for your attention to details, which translated to our perfect vacation."

  • Great option if you need to sleep 4-6 people

"We stayed 5 nights, the unit was clean and as described. Felt safe knowing the owners were one floor above us. We had 4 adults and loved having the space, especially two bathrooms. Nearby restaurant "Ella" was recommended and a good breakfast option. Owners are very easy to work with. Highly recommend taking a cab if you are not use to driving in the city; it is very busy, parking is hard to find and the hills are very steep. A cab ride or uber was usually around $10-$15. Note: if you use uber, check online to see if the rate is "standard" or increased due to high volume "surge pricing". Wifi was easy to connect to. One suggestion for owners would be to invest in some nicer pillows for the beds. Highlight of our trip was a bike ride over the Golden Gate bridge and on into Sausalito, then took the ferry back. We would stay here again."
