"The private studio behind the Victorian home was exactly as stated and shown in the photographs. It was quiet, clean, private and very well organized and comfortable. I felt like I had a home away from home and loved being able to make my own breakfast in the kitchen which is well equipped. The location was close to my family and also close to shopping and restaurants. Since I walked everywhere, I do not have experience with parking a car but like any city, parking is restricted and a premium. The owner was responsive to any problem but otherwise not present and respectful of privacy. I would happily return to this studio on my next visit. Thank you very much."

"We rented this house for my daughters Grad school graduation weekend... This house
was beyond amazing... we all loved staying there and did not want to leave... very spacious, lots of privacy, 3.5 bathrooms which is also a plus with lots of girls... very
clean and very well decorated it was very warm and welcoming... I highly recommend this home... And it has a TWO CAR GARAGE! which is a plus in San Francisco...."

"Not your typical rental. Personality and carefully considered design. It felt like our home away from home. Great view at night from the bedroom. The entire experience has been well thought out.
Potrero Hill is one of SF's best kept secrets. Don't bother driving (and dealing with parking) anywhere else for dinner (other than maybe Dogpatch and the eastern Mission). Uber really IS terrific in SF. Tell your children to move to SF and have grandchildren."

"We used this property while my wife was having surgery at UCSF. Previously I had stayed at a hotel recommended by UCSF which turned out to be incredibly noisy. This location is simply phenomenal; there is a plethora of restaurants nearby and groceries/other supplies are within a block. I mentioned the noisy hotel because this location was really, really quiet. We never heard any noise from the street which was important for those of us that were getting limited sleep.
As for the landlord; I cannot say enough nice things about him. We were distracted by the seriousness of the surgery and Jim was very patient with me in fielding questions that, in all likelihood, were on their website. He also checked with me (even though he was on vacation) to see if I needed anything and asked how my wife was doing. Class, pure class.
The hospital was an easy walk with a Starbucks just around the corner to jump start your day. I noted three or four other coffee shops if you are not a "Bucks" fan.
I hope I do not have to have another extended stay at UCSF but if I do; I will try and coordinate appointments around this property's availability!"
