  • Great Apartment Accessible to Beach, GG Park

"Apt. is roomy and functions well. Large kitchen, nice gas fireplace, comfortable bedroom and bed. No neighbors on either side, one neighbor helpful and quiet. Entertainment services plentiful. Owner and on-site manager very helpful. Enjoyed my stay!"

  • We loved our stay here, felt like home.

"We loved our stay in this house because it felt like home, very comfortable. The view of downtown is fantastic! The neighborhood is great (close to Whole Foods). The dedicated parking space is nice. We left the car parked because using the buses was convenient with several lines going right by. The house isn't fancy, but completely comfortable, like a very pleasant place to live. The cat, Big Guy, was instantly friendly. My daughter did not want leave him! One thing that was exceptional about renting this home was the generosity of Scott, who seemed genuinely happy to share his food and drinks. What a great host!"

  • Beautifully decorated, comfortable apartment

"This apt was beautiful! Robert and Alev obviously took great care in decorating it and also in supplying everything needed for a comfortable stay. Robert met us upon our arrival and gave some great advice on sites to see and where to go for eating out. The garden in the back was beautiful, but unfortunately it was too cold out while we were here to enjoy sitting out there. Would be a pretty spot to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail though! Parking may be a hassle if you are renting a car (we did), but if you get there after 6pm on a Friday, you won't have to move the car until 10am Monday morning! The Muni busses were everywhere, so if you didn't have a car you'd have no problem getting around. The Presidio is literally right across the street, and there's a lot to see and do there. We went to Fort Point, which was very interesting and has a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. You can also walk to the bridge from there if you should want to. (Just to mention - we had thought we'd rent bikes to ride over the bridge, but decided to walk it instead and were glad we did. The biking side was very busy and it looked like it would be a hassle to stop and check out the view or take pictures because of being in the way of other bikers. Walking was definitely the way to go!) After Fort Point, we lucked out and caught a food truck extravaganza in the park! (Most Sundays. Across from the Disney Museum) Food, music, beer/wine, and lots of people hangin out and havin fun! There are steps (LOTS of them) leading to an awesome view just to the left of the street this apt is on. Worth doing if you don't mind the exercise! Ask Robert or Alev for directions. If you want to have an excellent dinner out, try Meze's on Chestnut St. Great Greek food and wonderful service. We were going to go there Friday, but it was very crowded (as were most places), so we ended up going on Sunday, which was perfect. I would suggest eating at the apt. on Fridays because everywhere had long waits. Had breakfast one day at Mel's Diner. Don't bother. Overpriced and not very good. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in a quiet neighborhood. We also stayed in a rental in the Corona Heights/Castro area, which was much busier and had more going on, but we were glad we did both! This one was at the end of our vacation and was the perfect way to relax for the last few days."

  • Amazing Apartment

"I stayed here for 3 months in the summer with a roommate. We both were doing internships in san francisco and this apartment was ideal. It had everything you will need, all you would need to buy is food when you come here. Also, the views from the windows are beautiful. It is located right next to a Muni stop so public transport was easy. Generally a quiet building so you obviously cannot be really loud. The second room is a den with a sofa bed. Lots of closet/storage space in bedrooms. There is a beautiful park behind the apartment as well as tons of eating places. Owner and Ainslee were very nice and understanding. Had an amazing time here this summer! Would recommend this place to everyone!"
