  • A home away from home

"We truly felt at home here, especially liking the large living room, which had large glass doors that opened to an outdoor living room, kitchen and dining table with a beautiful view of the lagoon, the homes across the water and the sky. Also has a very cosy, very small backyard building, perfect for writing or quiet contemplation. The location is very accessible to the 101 freeway and a few minutes drive to the shopping and restaurant area of San Mateo."

  • Lovely Beach Retreat

"This house is delightful and comfortable! We had a wonderful time hiking, boogie boarding, body surfing and just hanging out. The outdoor space is serene and lovely offering various (beautiful)views and comfortable chairs to sit in. The hot tub was great and the we used the gas grill almost every night to cook delicious meals! The décor and furnishings were clean and very comfortable (my personal favorite spot to read and take afternoon naps was the window nook with a twin bed). Cathy also provided a selection of books to use while at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and had very nice appliances. The coffee grinder was a terrific bonus. We would DEFINITELY return to this property. Cathy is the best!"

  • A wonderful beach getaway!

"My husband, teenage daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed this historic, quirky, and completely charming home and the community of Bolinas (not fancy, but very, very comfortable). Everything you need for a classic beach house getaway is provided; the owner is responsive and friendly; and the location is less than a block from the surf and only a little farther to town (which is small but has a lot of unique character). Add the proximity to Point Reyes National Seashore and Stinson Beach, and we had plenty to do see and do. We would definitely go back!"

  • Great Location

"Rented this apartment in The Mission due to neighborhood proximity to family and first granddaughter. The Mission is full of excellent restaurants within easy walking, plus we enjoyed wandering and window shopping in Valencia St. With a little pre-planning of routes, the bus pick-up on 19th and Mission took us all over the city."
