  • Outstanding

"We stayed at the farmhouse for 3 nights at the beginning of May. We loved it. Our kids (8,5 and 3) had a blast and haven't stopped talking about the kids-only loft, the best hammock in the world and the "secret passageway" (which isn't really that but why ruin the adventure?). The house is 10 minutes walk from the beach which is refreshingly low-key. The town of Bolinas is as unique as I can remember - we loved it. Point Reyes is close...we saw grey whales which was an unexpected highlight. Susan stopped by and was super nice and helpful. So net net, the three nights at the farmhouse were simply terrific and we will likely go back for more."

  • Loved it!

"LOVED our Friday-Sunday stay at the LOFT. My mom turned 70 this month and wanted to celebrate with a trip out of town. We lived in Moss Beach nearby so this was a great place in a familiar area. There were 4 of us: my mom, my two sons (10 and 12) and myself. Instructions were easy to follow and the LOFT itself was great! So much space! I'm so used to feeling cramped on trips, this was a very nice change. The artwork in the LOFT is beautiful and interesting to see! You have a view of the ocean from the balcony, and nothing beats the beautiful air from the Pacific ocean. Someone complained there is traffic noise because of the proximity to Highway 1, but honestly it did not bother any of us at night with the windows open, even on the weekend. One of the reasons I rented the LOFT was the kitchen. We didn't end up cooking as I had planned, but we did use the kitchen for breakfast (cereal and greek yogurt), to chill beverages and keep other perishable items Friday till our departure Sunday. There were plenty of dishes to use. The bathroom is spacious, and the showerhead was great. I hate showerheads at hotels and this was what I'd have at home. There were plenty of clean towels for all of us, and an adequate mirror with lighting for us ladies to get ready. Speaking of getting ready, there are an assortment of boxed games the boys could play while waiting :) My mom and I shared the queen bed, which was absolutely clean and comfortable, with outets on both sides for charging phones. There's also a privacy blind you can adjust depending on your needs. During the day it was slip open, and at night I had it open at the end so I could see my kids (and they could see me), but closed enough because my mom didn't want the light I left on for the kids. The kids slept on the futon and they were comfortable. My 12 year old is 5'4" and 120 pounds, my 10 year old is 5' and about 75 pounds. There were plenty of blankets for them. This was my first VRBO experience and I was very pleased. Thank you for sharing your space and letting my family enjoy the perfect weather in Pacifica!"

  • Home away from home

"My wife and I stayed here and loved it! The location makes it very easy to get almost anywhere. Castro street is just down the road and it made getting to places so easy. We stayed in Portrero Hill two years ago and while nice, preferred this location. The flat is nice and comfortable. At times we would spend the entire day with windows open just reading and relaxing. It really was wonderful. I'm an avid runner and found this location to be a great central hub to go on runs and explore a bit given how close we were to many landmarks. One side note, some may complain about parking, but really it was not a challenge at all. If you are okay with walking just a bit you'll have no trouble. Just mind the street signs and parking will be a distant memory. We stayed for 7 days and never had a problem with parking. This includes during the pride parade that was taking place upon our arrival. You really can't miss with this spot as the hosts are very prompt and gracious. We would most definitely consider staying here again."

  • Great View!

"We had a great time at Castro. We came with our 13 month old twins and the condo had a high chair and pack n play there which was a lot of help! The views from the condo are amazing and the amenities are top notch (in the kitchen they have thought of everything you might every need). Tony keeps it very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would come again for sure!!"
