"Stayed here for a week long vacation with our two boys (11 and 13) and found the house to be absoutely fantastic for us. The two bedrooms upstairs gave the boys plenty of space for themselves in the evenings after long days of family togetherness, and having their own bathroom made getting ready to go in the mornings a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals if you don't feel like going out, and there is a Whole Foods and a neighborhood market nearby for grocery shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and very lovely, and you have a nice view of the Pacific from the den. The location is great as you can walk to Golden Gate Park and Haight Ashbury, and public transportation options are all very close.
Mick, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and makes the entire stay very easy. From arranging a parking pass to the well documented "user's manual" for the house it could not have been easier. Mick went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay.
If you are planning a trip to San Francisco, I can not recommend this home and owner highly enough."

"Comfortable and secluded house on a lovely property. My husband and I, plus my two adult sons stayed in this property for 4 days while attending graduation events at UC Davis. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with dishes for eating and cooking - enough that we were able to host a small graduation dinner for 10 people. We had two bicycles with us, and found the cycling on the rural roads to be excellent. An easy 10 minute drive brought us right to the university and downtown Davis. The only thing lacking (as noted in a previous review) were toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, and laundry soap."

"My wife and I just stayed here for our anniversary and the moment we walked through the doors we already wanted to book our next trip. Let me keep this review short and sweet:
- the property is beautiful and very well cared for
- the amenities are all you'll need. Bbq, beautiful upstairs porch, brand new jacuzzi, all movie channels if you like TV, and surrounded by vineyards.
- very quiet area and secluded, yet very accessible to Healdsburg and Santa Rosa.
- Susan and Ron are top-notch hosts. Very kind and intent on providing a great experience.
If you want a beautiful place that is secluded, that is a MUCH better value than you'd get at any hotel, yes, even Hotel Healdsburg, this is the place.
We will be back. Worth every penny."

"The Berkeley hills is a really fun place to stay if you like to explore on foot. There is great variety in the housing stock and many unique stairways which climb between the streets. This particular Berkeley house is just lovely and close to a large park with plenty of activities. The hosts are responsive and friendly. The house is as lovely as it looks with lots of natural light and parking right in front. Couldn't be better!"
