"Cozy from the morning sun streaming in and off the water to the glow of the rich color palette throughout. A sweet little bungalow on the water. Walking distance to so many great eateries and shops along Sausalito's waterfront. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Take your breakfast on the private deck in the sun and really soak in warmth of this oasis!"

"My husband and I rented this wonderful property for a week during the renovation of our Sausalito home. It was everything the website pictures and description promised it would be - and more. It was clean, cozy and comfortable (the bed was amazing!). Everywhere we turned, it was beautifully appointed with careful attention to design details. And it had a REAL kitchen, with the tools we needed to prepare our meals. We especially loved having our dinner at the table by the bay window, looking out over the trees and the Bay. We happened to be there during the World Series and so appreciated the large TV (go Giants!). Best of all, this home provided us with the comfort and peace we needed as we faced the challenges of temporary living. Many thanks to the owner for sharing it.
We are Sausalito residents, not tourists, but for tourists it would be hard to beat. It is just a 5 minute walk to the heart of Sausalito - lots of shops and restaurants - and the Golden Gate Ferry."

"Three generations of women, ages 20, 52, 55, 78 gasped when we walked into our destination "Villa"!!!!
Truly glorious view of San Francisco, Alcatraz, The Bay. We were stunned. And it just got better. The Villa is beautifully situated... and we walked everywhere... up and down!!! and down and up!!! and even up to the Golden Gate Bridge (for the younger ones!) A note, take a windbreaker should you decide to do this... it is windy and cool.
We enjoyed the "village" of Sausalito. We thoroughly enjoyed the BridgeCafe for breakfast (3x), Trident and Scoma (2x) for dinner.
We took the Ferry to San Francisco and had an amazing view of "the Rock"... it really is!!! Another note... if you are interested in visiting, particularly in the Summer, make your reservations to "visit" Alcatraz as soon as possible. Solid booking during the Summer months.
This is a grand place and the amenities are many. Enjoy! We certainly did. Thank you to the family for sharing your wonderful Villa. I recommend it without reservation."

"We spent a week in this wonderful flat, which is located on the rather precipitous slopes of Sausalito CA. Everything was as presented in the property description - spectacular views, quiet upscale neighborhood, beautifully furnished flat, seamless communications with the property owners/manager, etc. The biggest problem we experienced was forcing ourselves to leave after our week was complete. If you want to experience the best of the Bay, Harrison House is a great way to do it."
