Magical... that's the only word that appropriately describes how awesome this place is.
"My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at this location for our 2-year wedding anniversary. We wanted to stay somewhere romantic, somewhere close to TONS of great restaurants, and great hiking. This place totally fits the bill. We arrived early and couldn't believe how impossibly cute the place was. The impeccable attention to detail in the decorations, the warm welcome message from Vanda, the view from the back deck, it all was... well... MAGICAL. We coined the place #magicalhouseboat whenever we posted about it, because that's what it was. A magical house boat. We really couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and endless activity possibilities in the area. We were sad when we had to leave but decided we'll most definitely be back next year. This is a true gem, an exceptionally romantic and adorable experience. We loved it."

"No need to look further. THIS is the place to stay in Sausalito! Beautiful, relaxing, well maintained villa with the most incredible view; perfect location walking distance to restaurants, shops and cafes. We will be back and we are recommending to friends and family."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Marion's cottage. The small cottage was very clean, nicely furnished, and in a good location, with quiet surroundings. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, groceries, ferry, or just enjoying the scenery. Marion was very responsive and accommodating, even when I had a lot of questions. You have a dedicated parking spot, in case you want to grab a rental (nearby in Mills Valley) to run up to wine country or Muir Woods or Muir Beach. If you like to run, walk or bike, you can easily make your way over to the Golden Gate Bridge as well, and given the year-round temps, I'd recommend leaving your car parked for that outing. Restaurant "musts" that are extremely short walks from the cottage include Sushi Ran & Seafood Peddler for dinner or afternoon outside dining (depending on temps). Also, the organic grocery on the next street over from the cottage carries great food options plus a reasonably priced wine selection for sipping from the deck of the cottage. Enjoy!"
