"I normally don't publish reviews on the internet but I felt compelled to write this one for Allison and her rental.
My family and I spent 5 wonderfully relaxing days this past week at 16 Josephine and it was the vacation of a lifetime for all of us. The four of us were instantly awestruck by the spectacular view the minute we walked into the house. (The photos on the website do not do it justice; you have to be here to experience it.) The place is very well maintained and spotless to say the least. It has everything we could possibly need (full kitchen, snacks, video games, magazines, travel pamphlets, etc) and more. Allison is wonderfully accommodating and quickly answered any questions we had. Her hospitality made us feel at home right away. As such we spent so much time at this house just to enjoy the surreal view and idly watch the sailboats passing by.
Thank you, Allison, for letting us stay in this absolutely beautiful place. I can't wait to return.
If you are planning for your next vacation now, look no further. This place is simply awesome!"

"My husband and I stayed at Susan's cosy and beautiful home for almost a week, together with our three little boys. Susan's home was perfectly clean, there was a ton of room for all of us, Susan was incredibly generous, interesting and informative, and her place was only minutes' walk from cafes, a hundred metres from a gourmet supermarket, close to the ferry, pier and shops. We loved every second of our stay, and so did our kids. We only wish we could visit again."

"My husband and I rented this wonderful property for a week during the renovation of our Sausalito home. It was everything the website pictures and description promised it would be - and more. It was clean, cozy and comfortable (the bed was amazing!). Everywhere we turned, it was beautifully appointed with careful attention to design details. And it had a REAL kitchen, with the tools we needed to prepare our meals. We especially loved having our dinner at the table by the bay window, looking out over the trees and the Bay. We happened to be there during the World Series and so appreciated the large TV (go Giants!). Best of all, this home provided us with the comfort and peace we needed as we faced the challenges of temporary living. Many thanks to the owner for sharing it.
We are Sausalito residents, not tourists, but for tourists it would be hard to beat. It is just a 5 minute walk to the heart of Sausalito - lots of shops and restaurants - and the Golden Gate Ferry."

"This is a beautiful rental unit and a great location. A gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped for gourmet cooking should you choose to do so, with a great little market across the street where you can get anything you need. The roomy deck off the back has a nice view of the bay. The owner lives upstairs and maintains a beautiful back yard, including a wonderful herb garden which we were encouraged to use. The whole apartment is so spacious and luxurious; my husband and I were totally comfortable staying there. Just a short pleasant walk along the bay to Sausalito, where there are plenty of good restaurants, shops and things to do. There were a lot of bicyclists in the area too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was a parking space for our car, very convenient. The parking space is across a busy street from the rental unit, so you have to be careful when crossing as cars and bicycles come along pretty fast.
Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, this is a wonderful place to relax. Keurig coffee in the morning, wine in the evenings on the back porch looking across the water, what a pleasure. The owner is very hospitable, knows the area well and was so helpful and friendly to us as we explored for the first time. We look forward to returning to this delightful spot."
