"Stayed here for a week long vacation with our two boys (11 and 13) and found the house to be absoutely fantastic for us. The two bedrooms upstairs gave the boys plenty of space for themselves in the evenings after long days of family togetherness, and having their own bathroom made getting ready to go in the mornings a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals if you don't feel like going out, and there is a Whole Foods and a neighborhood market nearby for grocery shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and very lovely, and you have a nice view of the Pacific from the den. The location is great as you can walk to Golden Gate Park and Haight Ashbury, and public transportation options are all very close.
Mick, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and makes the entire stay very easy. From arranging a parking pass to the well documented "user's manual" for the house it could not have been easier. Mick went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay.
If you are planning a trip to San Francisco, I can not recommend this home and owner highly enough."

"thanks to our new Vineyard family of Mitch and DeAnne and the dogs and Chickens and Roosters....Russell Crow..I still chuckle......we went to celebrate our anniversary and ended up joining a new family.
I call it the Sonoma equivalent of working on a dude ranch! We were given a tour of the property, learned a ton about the region and specifically the vineyard and how the natural makeup of the area attributed to creating such rich and complex grapes. Had a little work-out doing the "press-down" twice/day on the 2015 Merlot and loved every second of it. Oh and of course, enjoyed watching the sunset and moon rise while
sampling some of the most wonderful wines! I have never tasted a Chardonnay like this in all of my samplings...even in Australia....so different...but so perfect!
We stayed in grandmas house...and boy does gramdmas house have a great view !!! A couple of things might differ slightly from the pictures here, but the best ones of the vineyard and valley views especially from the Hot Tub are True to life!! If you are looking for a 5 star-antiseptic hotel..this isn't it! The home is "real", "comfortable", "functional" and a place to come home to every night after your day's adventures.
We loved being part of something that we know will continue to grow into Mitch and DeAnne's dream as the years progress and we look forward to being the first members of the Black Knight Vineyard Wine club...hint hint DeAnne !!
cheers to you DeAnne and Mitch and best of luck chasing your dreams!"

"We had a great long weekend at this beautiful townhouse. The house was as described with the cutest little fenced in front patio and upstairs balcony with lots of privacy. We loved sitting out and listening to the sounds of the sea! The bed was very comfortable and amenities were as listed. The house was clean and well-maintained. Marianina was absolutely wonderful to work with and was considerate with allowing my pets and adding an extra day at the last minute. We loved being one block back from the beach and took plenty of beach walks on the sand and the walkway and to local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. We also took the short drive to Nicene Park with lovely redwood trails. Santa Cruz was conveniently close and we were able to relive our old days at UCSC. Overall, an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends."

"We chose Yvetot for a girls getaway and birthday celebration, and it was paradise! The setting is lovely, the location perfect for the activities we chose (we highly recommend the tour and cooking class at the Point Reyes Farmstead), the layout of the living area ideal for cooking and conversation. We were drawn to the playfulness of the kids room and enjoyed an old school slumber party with two of us happily in the upper bunk. And don't miss the outdoor shower -- a delight unto itself, and even more so with a cold beer after a long hike! We all agree that we can't wait to return and thanks to Mike for sharing this slice of paradise."
