"We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The owners were accommodating, communicated quickly, and were all-around great hosts. The place is very high up in Mill Valley, giving you a gorgeous look through the redwoods and down. The little deck outside the bedroom is a perfect place for a relaxing morning breakfast. There is a little hiking trail directly out the backdoor which was a lot of fun. On top of that, it is a sure drive to other parts of Mt. Tam to enjoy multi-hour hikes and views of the entire Bay Area. There is obviously no shortage of great food in Mill Valley either. And we even enjoyed a nice little drive north to Sonoma for some wine tasting on one weekend day as well. Cannot think of anything we did not enjoy. Great views, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, super wifi. We'd love to come back the next chance we get!"

"About three years ago we were here for a week with our 13 y/o grandsons. When we decided to bring our granddaughters for their San Francisco vacation, there was no question as to where to stay. The apartment is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the beds supremely comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet but with lively 24th St just one block away, with its Whole Foods, shops, and eateries. The "J" trolley, two blocks away, brings you downtown to Powell Station and the cable cars in 22 minutes. Phyllis, who lives downstairs, is a kind, helpful, but unobtrusive host. We have one more pair of yet younger grandchildren. Guess where we hope to stay again in a few years! One hint: It paid to spend a little extra for a parking space, which Phyllis arranged."

"My fiancee and I stayed at this property for three nights. The apartment is quite clean, more spacious than the photos appeared, which is a first, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the back yard and porch were picturesque. The apartment was easily accessible and in a wonderful area of San Francisco. My fiancee is allergic to gluten and we had no difficulty accommodating her diet in this area.
The only difficulty we found was that there is very little sound proofing, which is common in San Francisco in my experience. This made sleep somewhat difficult in the mornings and late at night as the apartment next door was in the process of construction in their back yard. Additionally, you will hear clearly the people in the apartment above and their dog. I would happily stay here again and I recommend it, however I also would recommend ear plugs or a noise machine for any light sleepers.
The apartment isn't wheelchair accessible, it has a step up to the door and a step down into the apartment, and it sits on a sloped sidewalk. Despite this, it is an extremely accessible apartment, very minimal stairs, and easy to navigate once inside. Therefore for anyone who has some mobility difficulties, this apartment would be a great choice.
Pam, who rents the apartment, was very easy to get in touch with through email, extremely polite, punctual, and professional. Thanks so much for your apartment, our stay was a pleasure."

"My husband and I came from Boston and stayed in Kirk and Jaleh's apartment for ten days. It was just as we hoped it would be: comfortable, clean, quiet, very private and designed with everything we could possibly need. If I wanted something, I had only to look because I knew it would be there. That is such a plus when one is far from home. We were a little wary at staying such a long time in a place we hadn't previously seen but it worked out beautifully and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Nor would I hesitate to return. Thank you again."
