  • Perfect for my Professional Staff Retreat

"Brad and Beverlee really made the process of acquiring their home as a professional retreat site very easy. They were patient, but most of all very helpful throughout the process. They were swift to communicate and provided all the necessary information on time. The actual location was peaceful, close to the beach and provided the perfect atmosphere for work and team building. The proximity to the beach, made for great activities, the hills and calm pathways made for good early morning runs and the cozy house made good late night conversations. The kitchen made it easy to cook group meals and we could not have been happier."

  • Love. Love. Love Whitney House

"Whitney House is not a vacation rental but a loved family home and my family was lucky enough to spend a few days there. The photos don't really do it justice. The house is a lovely blend of traditional Inverness cottage and perfect location. Every room has a terrific view. The house was very clean, fresh smelling, and well maintained and stocked. The living room, dining area and kitchen are located in a separate wing from the bedrooms and bathroom which allows early risers/late to bed-ers to not disturb the others. The beds were very comfortable and had cozy comforters and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Soft cotton sheets. The kitchen is very well stocked with a wide range of nice quality cookware, utensils, appliances, serving ware, plates and glasses. Spices, oils, and cookbooks too! The dining area easily seats 6 - 8. The living room has comfortable places to sit, a good radio for listening to the World Series, and huge fireplace with firewood provided. I could happily spend many hours hanging out reading and watching the bay thru the windows. By the way, the massive picture windows were spotless! Outdoors, the yard is HUGE and there is a nice variety of tables and chairs for hanging out and enjoying the views. There is a Weber kettle style bbq, ping pong table, and plenty of games to play. We loved the dock and even took a sailing trip on Tomales Bay with a local sailboat charter company. The sailboat picked us up at "our" dock. Super fun. The house is located on a quiet street and is within walking distance to a couple of beaches and there is such a cozy beach next to the dock. Yes, we loved having our "own" dock and beach :) The Bay is warm this time of year and we went swimming everyday. Many thanks to the owners for opening their home. We are already plotting our next trip to Whitney House."

  • Home away from home

"My wife and I stayed here and loved it! The location makes it very easy to get almost anywhere. Castro street is just down the road and it made getting to places so easy. We stayed in Portrero Hill two years ago and while nice, preferred this location. The flat is nice and comfortable. At times we would spend the entire day with windows open just reading and relaxing. It really was wonderful. I'm an avid runner and found this location to be a great central hub to go on runs and explore a bit given how close we were to many landmarks. One side note, some may complain about parking, but really it was not a challenge at all. If you are okay with walking just a bit you'll have no trouble. Just mind the street signs and parking will be a distant memory. We stayed for 7 days and never had a problem with parking. This includes during the pride parade that was taking place upon our arrival. You really can't miss with this spot as the hosts are very prompt and gracious. We would most definitely consider staying here again."

  • Beautiful property in GREAT location!

"Fantastic flat that had everything we needed and located in a great location between Castro and Noe Valley! Victoria was quick to reply to my emails. Flat was large, clean, and felt like home. Will definitely try to book this flat again on a future trip to SF."
