  • Wonderful place to stay

"We had a fantastic week in San Francisco, the accomodation was first class, lovely spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped with stunning views across the city. The location was great with Dolores Park at the bottom of the hill and the muni stop 2 seconds away. I would certainly stay here again and can't recommend it highly enough ! Excellent!"

  • Peaceful Visit

"My husband and I have 5 adult children who live in CA; four in the Bay Area. In the past visiting was wonderful but stressful, living out of a hotel room. Our week in Mill Valley at our VRBO, was one of the best visits we have had in years. The house was light, bright, clean, spacious and simple. It was easy to take it over as our own for the short time of a week and enjoy the change of sitting back and having our children visit with us in this peaceful setting."

  • Enjoyed every minute!

"We have rented houses throughout the state for the past several years, and this home was certainly the cleanest, well thought-out one we've stayed in. While not without it's "quirks" (aka "charm") you can tell the owners really do enjoy / care for this property with all of the little details. One of the owners, Meg, was so responsive to any/all questions prior to our stay. She was also great to deal with after the stay. My wife, son and two dogs could not have enjoyed our stay more. Only slight bummer was that the beach that is closest to the house (about a 3-5 minute walk) is NOT dog friendly. We needed to head probably 15 minutes up the (awesome) trail to get to where the dogs were welcomed. Hwy 1 is QUITE busy, so plan your left turns (north) in your vehicle with time to spare as it could take 5+ minutes to (somewhat safely) turn at the busy times of day. Really enjoyed the State Park Tidepools just a few minutes north in Moss Beach. It was tough to pack-up and leave the 60's to return to the 100+ temps 200 miles away! We may not be looking for a new city / home to rent next year and may break tradition and repeat our stay here. Thanks for everything Meg!"

  • Excellent location

"My wife and I travel to San Francisco often. Until this visit, we have always stayed in hotels, but we are so happy to have experienced staying in a "neighborhood". The location was excellent, being very close to public transportation, dining and Golden Gate Park. Jim and Deborah were always prompt in their communications. The apartment was very clean, and it was quiet---made sleeping a bit easier than staying downtown. The transportation system in San Francisco is great, and the location of the apartment made it easily accessible."
