"My family came to Graeagle every summer when we were growing up. As adults we returned for the weekend of our brother's wedding. We have stayed in many rental houses in Graeagle over the years and this was our favorite. The house was lovely and meticulous. Debbie the house manager reached out to us before and after our stay to see if there was anything we needed.
We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our family weekend so comfortable."

"We stayed here for a week-long family vacation that wrapped up on Memorial Day. Our favorite features of this unique home were the separate studio, the large kitchen, and the open living space concept/design. The living/dining room area lends itself well to comfortable gathering, and we spent every night cozied up by the fireplace, talking and playing board games. For our stay, there were a few things that could have been improved upon, such as overall cleanliness and a broken toilet seat in the master bath. We are trying to work with the owner on these concerns and are currently awaiting his reply. These concerns are balanced by many positives, including a great location on the 6th tee, plenty of parking room, and one of the pet-friendliest places we've ever rented on VRBO. The heads up from other reviewers about the overall openness of design as it pertains to a relative lack of privacy is good to note (e.g. there is no bathroom door to separate the master bedroom from the bathroom....just a curtain) - not a problem, I suppose, as long as you are prepared and not overly modest. Would we return? Possibly....depends on whether or not we're able to settle things amicably with the owner. Hope so!"

"We had such a nice get away at your vacation rental in Graeagle. Your house was so nice and so comfortable. We had our daughter and Grandchildren with us and they had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back next summer. The kids say we need to add two or three days!"

"For two couples and a dog, this place had just about anything you would need. It's clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay.
The part that irritated all of us was the "Must Do" list prior to check-out we received just prior to our departure. None of it was mentioned in the rental contract. And, honestly, there was very little on the list that was offensive..., well maybe washing and drying the sheets was a little much. What was irritating was his fee structure: $15 if you don't start the dishwasher; $35 if you don't wash the sheets; another $15 if you don't dry the sheets, and many others. Since we paid by check and there was no deposit, the owner would have a hard time collecting, but the idea of these outrageous fees made us want to not do any of it.
In the end, we did those things he listed, but only because we thought it was the right thing to do, not because of his ridiculous fines.
Right below the list of fines, he writes in bold letters, "Please leave me some feedback on VRBO when you can." Well, here it is. I suggest you dump your list of fees except possibly the "excessive cleaning fee" which should be inclusive of the other items you list."
