  • Beautiful View

"This house was great - the location and the fantastic view. There is not a better view anywhere on the lake. I would highly recommend this property!"

  • A Must!

"The Wife and I wanted to see Mt. Lassen so we rented this custom house and it is a custom house, the attention to detail is off the charts. The carport/carriage house is amazing on it's own. One warning, there are a lot of light switches....:p Although there were only 2 of us we can see a group as large as 8-10 being comfortable. Plenty of parking and space. The local wildlife is very friendly. It has all the creature comforts any reasonable person could want, internet (which I speed tested at 3mbps down), phone, new (not apartment grade) appliances, extremely well stocked linens, toiletries, first aid kit, flashlights.........the list goes on. Perhaps each group that comes through leaves a little something behind? The property is just as gorgeous as we, after a long day of seeing the many sights within reasonable distance, would return to sit out back and enjoy, we actually looked forward to returning even after seeing many breath taking sights. Mark is very helpful and customer service oriented, he has a nice little binder with suggestions of places to see, to eat etc..........the only minor thing I would say is the directions may get you a tad lost lol , but perhaps some roads have changed names, it actually was a benefit for us as we came to learn our way around very well, and that there is more than one way to get back. The price is well worth it and we plan to return in the fall."

  • Family Weekend Getaway

"Home description was accurate, the owner was helpful in giving local store recommendations for wifi connection, instructions for the house, etc., no problems with the property, and would recommend (especially to outdoors lovers who do not have pets) for a low technology vacation."

  • Weekend Getaway

"Our family had a great time on our weekend stay. The house is great with beautiful garden. The living room and the bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is equipped that we are able to cook our food. We are definitely going back. The house is conveniently located if you are planning of going to Redding and Shasta Cascade."
