  • Perfect fit for our family!

"I looked at a lot of properties and read a lot of reviews before booking this rental. Everything that was mentioned in the reviews was absolutely true! The view is unobstructed and the dock with sun umbrella was our favorite afternoon hang-out. We love this part of the lake and even though it was quite low this year, the dock handled the lower level perfectly. The owners have been very pleasant to work with and you can tell they have lots of fun at their cabin because all the right toys and amenities are on site. We've already booked for next year."

  • Spacious

"The house doesn't look that impressive from the outside but the inside is pretty nice. The layout of this house was perfect for 2 families. A master bedroom with King + small bedroom with queen was upstairs that is good for a family with kids. A small bedroom on the main level and a separate area on the bottom floor. Doors could be closed for the stairways if you have small children. It was super hot when we were there in july so we were a little unprepared for that. The upstairs was a bit uncomfortable but once we knew to keep the blinds closed and dark, it helped a lot. The bottom level remained cool and nice throughout though. The hot tub was perfect and everything was in order. Make sure to bring some games/dvds since we didn't realize there wouldn't be any cable/wifi (our mistake) and there is poor 3g service in the area. It is walkable to Rec 1 but a bit of a trek uphill to come back. The outdoor bbq was nice though."

  • Great Family Place and Great Location

"We stayed here over Memorial Day! I was not expecting this place to be as nice as it is, the pictures don't do it justice! It was so easy to load/unload the car. Plenty of parking for whatever you bring with you. It is a short walking distance from a great local coffee house, and the local pizza place is close too! Wonderful place to walk the dogs in back of the property up the short fire road with a fantastic view at the end. After reading the last review I felt compelled to talk about the bats well... What Bats? There aren't any! No sign of any problems anywhere on the property. I will stay here again and of course bring my dogs too!"
