  • Fantastic house in a perfect location

"I rent this house every year and am never disappointed. In fact, every year, the owners make upgrades to the house that are absolutely wonderful. The house is perfect for two families or a large (10-12 person) group. The house has a large lawn that borders a nice sandy beach. It also has a dock in a protected cove. I have looked at a lot of lakefront rentals at Lake Almanor and this is definitely one of the best. I hope to rent this house every year for many years to come."

  • Everything & More !!

"Very Comfortable Lake View Home!! It is located in a perfect place close to the lake. Lots of privacy. The house has everything you need for a great get away. There has lots of room and a large deck overlooking Lake Almanor. Can't wait to come back to it!"

  • Spacious

"The house doesn't look that impressive from the outside but the inside is pretty nice. The layout of this house was perfect for 2 families. A master bedroom with King + small bedroom with queen was upstairs that is good for a family with kids. A small bedroom on the main level and a separate area on the bottom floor. Doors could be closed for the stairways if you have small children. It was super hot when we were there in july so we were a little unprepared for that. The upstairs was a bit uncomfortable but once we knew to keep the blinds closed and dark, it helped a lot. The bottom level remained cool and nice throughout though. The hot tub was perfect and everything was in order. Make sure to bring some games/dvds since we didn't realize there wouldn't be any cable/wifi (our mistake) and there is poor 3g service in the area. It is walkable to Rec 1 but a bit of a trek uphill to come back. The outdoor bbq was nice though."
