"We rented this charming cabin from June 24th to 28th of 2015. It was a cute and cozy cabin. The living room and dining room were comfortable and cozy, kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious. The view of the Trinity River was incredible. The weather was extremely hot outside so stayed indoor more to stay cool. We saw deer and geese. It was very quiet and relaxing. However, we weren't prepared for many mosquito bites early mornings and during the evenings. The mattress in the master room could have been more firmer. My husband was disappointed that he didn't catch much fish but got only few bites. Overall, it was an enjoyable mini vacation for our family."

"I have stayed at many vrbo rentals in and out of California, and I can say that this is one of the best places that I have ever rented. I went there for a girl friends bachelorette party and it was perfect. The house was beautiful, organized, and very comfortable. The quality of layout and design was amazing, with such a perfect set up and such wonderful taste - it had everything we needed. The pool was a delight, with a stunning view overlooking the Trinity River. The trail to the river was well maintained and the private river access was a special treat.
It was so great that we stayed there the entire weekend (not leaving once), swimming in the pool, relaxing, drinking delicious cocktails, eating amazing food and spoiling our bride to be. This place has something for everyone. I plan on going back in the future with friends and family (as did many of the ladies). Highly recommended!"

"My family stayed at the Inn for three nights and fell in love with it! It was quiet, comfortable, immaculate and surrounded by beauty. The bedrooms were charming and comfortable. We want to return for a family reunion in the near future. It it a perfect spot for large gatherings and those who enjoy clean mountain air and beautiful surroundings.
We held the rehearsal dinner outside on the lawn and it was the perfect setting. You won't be disappointed if you plan an event there. I failed to mention that the kitchen is amazing too. Fully stocked with every possible thing you could want or need."

"We had a great time once again at this peaceful cabin. Drinking our coffee every morning by the river was so relaxing. Watching the river and all it holds is a very relaxing experience. We saw 2 large blue herons fly by, a mama deer and her baby swim by, both landing on the open space next to the cabin. We found lots of beautiful rock to add to our rock garden from the different places off of 299. Fishing down river from the cabin was great in the evening. The dogs had a fun time playing in all the open space of the yard and going for walks down river to the open space. The cabin has all you would need to be comfortable from extra fans around the rooms and the blender to make fresh berry milk shakes. Berries picked from the berry patch down river yum. We cant wait to come back next year. Thanks for sharing this lovely cabin. Cathy and Rob Burly and Gizmo."
