"My family stayed at the Inn for three nights and fell in love with it! It was quiet, comfortable, immaculate and surrounded by beauty. The bedrooms were charming and comfortable. We want to return for a family reunion in the near future. It it a perfect spot for large gatherings and those who enjoy clean mountain air and beautiful surroundings.
We held the rehearsal dinner outside on the lawn and it was the perfect setting. You won't be disappointed if you plan an event there. I failed to mention that the kitchen is amazing too. Fully stocked with every possible thing you could want or need."

"I have stayed at many vrbo rentals in and out of California, and I can say that this is one of the best places that I have ever rented. I went there for a girl friends bachelorette party and it was perfect. The house was beautiful, organized, and very comfortable. The quality of layout and design was amazing, with such a perfect set up and such wonderful taste - it had everything we needed. The pool was a delight, with a stunning view overlooking the Trinity River. The trail to the river was well maintained and the private river access was a special treat.
It was so great that we stayed there the entire weekend (not leaving once), swimming in the pool, relaxing, drinking delicious cocktails, eating amazing food and spoiling our bride to be. This place has something for everyone. I plan on going back in the future with friends and family (as did many of the ladies). Highly recommended!"

"Miner's Cabin is my annual gift to my sister, at her special request! She loves the sweet little cabin with the glass ceiling over the loft bed--perfect for star gazing...she also was able to spend the day on the small beach by the river which was especially delightful. Well-stocked with anything you might need, it's a perfect getaway for two, less than an hour from I-5 but still feels worlds away from the hussle. Getting to the river requires a little bit of a climb down a ladder."

"We just returned from 4 wonderful nights at the Carriage House and Miners Cabin. Both equally wonderful.
The miners cabin is rustic but so comfortable with everything you could ask for. So nice to have a iPod player that fills the space with your personal tunes as well as providing headlamps for the nighttime frog explorer. As a builder, my husband loved all of the excellent craftsmanship that went into the cabin. For me, the windows upstairs in the loft (comfy queen bed) that looked directly into the evening sky and stars rocked my world!
The location of both properties are fantastic. Directly on the river where some guests were catching Steelhead right outside the cabin and watching the Salmon spawn.
Carriage house was bigger with more amenities. Yep, also nice. Many places to relax and just watch the river go by.
Never worry if you've forgotten something as Weaverville has all the amenities you could need. We needed a water filtration system so we wouldn't die of dehydration up on the trails and there was an outdoor store just waiting for us to stop by.
We specifically stayed here for access for the beautiful Trinity Alps. We hiked all three days (9b.dog included) topping out at 17 miles on the Canyon Creek trail. A definite 10 in every way and worth the effort every step of the way.
Don't miss stopping in at Diggins, the local watering hole. It is a true Weaverville experience. And do say hi to Sue!
Many thanks to the owners, Heidi and Steph, for providing such a wonderful experience for such a reasonable price. We will definitely be recommending ALL of their riverfront properties to our friends and family."
