  • We could have stayed forever!

"As VBRO and Homeaway users, we can say that our stay at the bungalow was beyond our expectations. Our hosts made us very welcome and saw to every detail. Although they were in residence during our stay and made themselves available, the property is so large and private we felt alone, but had the comfort of knowing they weren't far. Every amenity was thought of; 2 sets of his & her robes for seasonal temps., an abundance of extra linens, blankets, pillows etc., a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments and spices, coffee, tea to get you started. Faith has added her incredible touches throughout the bungalow so that the eye is never disappointed. There is what we came to dub "the red bible" on the desk which answers almost any question you might have about the bungalow before you have it. Very helpful. The bungalow is about 10 minutes from downtown Napa, half of which is a beautiful drive down the mountain through deer gated vineyards. The highway is easy to access and daily trips to St.Helena, Sonoma, Yountville and Calistoga were a breeze. Faith and Peter were very helpful with info on where to market, restaurant and visit locally. Favorite food and wine pairing was St. Francis Winery. Don't miss Artesa winery. Loved downtown Sonoma for shopping and lunch. Unexpected highlight was meeting Peter & Faith and their canine and feline family Dorji, Rosie and Fred! We literally could have stayed forever!"

  • Private and comfortable, convenient location

"For a mother & 2 adult daughters’ vacation, this was ideal. Comfortable, clean accommodations; room to relax indoors and out. Hot tub a big plus. Roomy bathroom. Everything private with separate entrance and wooded yard. Excellent location- close to groceries, restaurants, Silverado Trail. Barbara was prompt in her response to my reservation request, provided very helpful info about the area, and promptly returned my security deposit. She is a gracious hostess, but unless you seek her out, provides you privacy. A great place to stay when visiting Napa Valley!"

  • Wonderful home away from home

"We had a girls trip to celebrate my big 50 and this house was the best place to accommodate all 6 of us. We had plenty of room to relax after a day of wine tastings. The patio is perfect for hanging out and having a glass (or two) of wine and going over the next days activities. Only blocks from downtown Napa and convenient to get on the major roads for our longer travel days. The home is furnished to be a warm, cozy, relaxing place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is going to the Napa Valley region."
