  • THIS IS Serenity at it's best

"We had the pleasure of staying here over Thanksgiving Holiday. Listened to rainfall, under the Redwoods, with creek a stone's throw away! It was delightfully peaceful. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Elim Grove cottages - and think there isn't a better place on earth to stay and re-energize. Note: the Wedgewood oven doesn't work (stove does). There is a is a counter-top oven that works well. Just glad we weren't planning on roasting a 25 lb turkey!"

  • Russian River Jazz/Blues Festival

"We had 10 people attending the Russian River Jazz/Blues Festival and needed a comfortable house to accommodate everyone for 4 days. The house was perfect and had enough room for everyone. The backyard was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this house and we will be booking again."

  • Exceeded all of our expectations!

"My husband and I shared the charming house and cottage with my 2 college roommates and their husbands for 5 nights as we attended a wedding in Napa. Both the house and cottage were super clean and were stocked with anything we would need. The BBQ was great to use in preparing dinners and we enjoyed the fire pit afterwards as we sat around it and caught up on almost 40 of our lives since we had lived together. The kitchen was a perfect place to make breakfast, lunches and picnics. We stayed in Glen Ellen for 5 nights and the only meals we ate out were at the wedding dinner and the brunch the following morning. The town of Glen Ellen is small and quaint and we enjoyed shopping at the Glen Ellen Market and one afternoon enjoyed drinks on the beautiful patio of the Jack London Saloon, both within a few minutes walk. We couldn't stop talking about how perfect this was for us and how we couldn't wait to return someday. Thank you for providing us with memories not to be forgotten!"

  • Creative Cottage

"My three adult children and I stayed over the holidays and really enjoyed this cozy creative cottage. It had ample room for all of us. Being an artist, I especially enjoyed the interior design with its mix of contemporary and antique decorations. The top floor, where we hung out the most, has a beautiful view of the lush green valley. The only thing I missed was having better pans to cook in, Teflon is just plain unhealthy. Cast iron from a thrift shop would be a welcome addition. I also wished the utensils were all metal so we would not have to hand wash them. I would definitely go back next year, maybe with my own pans. The location was perfect, short drive to spectacular hiking in the redwoods and 20 mins to the beach."
