  • Great Stay

"It was a great house with plenty of room and all the amenities. It was a good central location for our brewery and wine tour of the area. The neighborhood was quiet so we could relax after running around the area all day. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was fully stocked with all the tools you would need to make meal. The beds were soft and comfortable. We settled into a daily routine which is the mark of a great stay."

  • Great location

"The cottage is nicely redecorated and very clean. The rooms are small but manageable. There is only one bath in the house but in an emergency there is a toilet in another building in the laundry room. The deck is large with a lovely view and there is plenty of roaming space on the property. You do get a bit of traffic noise during the day but very quiet at night. It was nice to spend some time out in the country, and still have access minutes away to the two nearest towns and some fabulous food. Great location for seeing all of Sonoma. Mary is very helpful when needed. Having a laundry was a must for us."

  • Cozy cabin for 2

"This little cabin suited the 2 of us & our old standard poodle perfectly. There is even an off-leash dog park 1 block away. The cabin is charming & the owner very gracious. We stayed 3 weeks & used it as a base for exploring the entire Bay Area."

  • Gorgeous Petaluma home, perfect base to see the best of Northern California

"We have just returned from staying in this lovely house for the last week of our three week trip to the US with our two teenage kids. The first two weeks were full on in an RV and covering 2000 miles so we were ready for a week of relaxing and being in one place. And what a lovely place. The house itself is pretty, homely and spotlessly clean - it has obviously been really loved over the years. Light and roomy with a lovely vintage feel, well equipped and comfortable. The garden was a really tranquil place to sit and we loved the fruit trees. The pies on our arrival were very welcome and set the tone for the week. Petaluma is a great town and the house is just a ten minute walk to downtown. We loved the Petaluma market and used it daily. We visited the farmers market, mooched in the shops and went to the Petaluma Pie shop and the Applebox for lunches. We found the Visitors Centre (once we had found it) really helpful. Used the house as a base for visiting San Francisco, Armstrong Woods, Russian River, Napa Valley, SausalIto and the coast. All very easy to get to. Loved it - thank you so much Jesse and Patricia for making us so welcome."
