  • Fun Times!

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a private setting near the Russian River. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you need. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Cable TV was fully operational. Bring some DVD's with you. The beds were comfortable. We used the ping pong table and the hot tub. Beware the hot tub is small/suitable for one or two (max). Fire pit was used and was supplied with wood. Bathrooms did not supply shampoo, so we made a trip to the store. We used the kayaks and had fun. A couple of things to note: The neighborhood restaurant plays music on Saturday nights. We were aware of this when we rented the property. They did not stop playing until 10:45pm. We were hoping to go to bed early that night as we had the Vineman triathlon the next morning. But the music was too loud to sleep. No complaints to the owners as I said we were aware of this when we rented the property. Another note: The house sits on top of a hill. The road to the house is very steep and has sharp turns. I would not recommending checking in after dark. It would be difficult to navigate and find the house. Correspondence with the owners was easy. They answered our questions promptly."

  • Perfect group vacation spot on the river

"Pearadise was a wonderful place to stay and our whole group had a fantastic time. Its location on the river just can't be beat! We were glad to have some shade on the dock and it was really nice to have a kayak and canoe available. The number and quality of inflatable devices for lounging on the river were amazing. We had 4 couples and 4 kids with us, and were a little worried that it might be cramped. This was not the case at all. The layout of the house afforded a nice separation of space for groups, so we could retreat for some privacy and reconvene as a group at our leisure. The upstairs-downstairs living spaces really helped to provide a sense of privacy. The fact that it is walking distance to downtown was a huge plus. We walked down to see the fireworks for the 4th of July, to have a great lunch at Boone, and just to shop and get some exercise. We also got to do some great wine tasting! The house is a two story and like all the houses on the river there are a lot of stairs. It might be a difficult place for people who have trouble with that. Overall great house, great location, and very nice owners! I would definitely stay there again."

  • What a wonderful little cottage!

"We had such a wonderful stay at Rosebud Cottage!!! It was a great little house, quaint and just awesome. We felt very welcomed - the hospitality was just amazing. The owners are on property, and are available if needed, but also very respectful of privacy. It was perfect as a romantic get away. I would recommend staying here without hesitation. My boyfriend (who is usually positive, but doesn't typically get "impressed" with much simply loved the place)."

  • Great taste of summer!

"Our little family had a wonderful vacation here. The house is wonderful, very clean and neat. All the things you need when away. The deck is amazing. We BBQ'd and enjoyed the evening on the deck. We have a little boy who just started crawling, and I had no problem with him wandering around the house. We hope to come again!"
