"Pearadise was a wonderful place to stay and our whole group had a fantastic time. Its location on the river just can't be beat! We were glad to have some shade on the dock and it was really nice to have a kayak and canoe available. The number and quality of inflatable devices for lounging on the river were amazing. We had 4 couples and 4 kids with us, and were a little worried that it might be cramped. This was not the case at all. The layout of the house afforded a nice separation of space for groups, so we could retreat for some privacy and reconvene as a group at our leisure. The upstairs-downstairs living spaces really helped to provide a sense of privacy. The fact that it is walking distance to downtown was a huge plus. We walked down to see the fireworks for the 4th of July, to have a great lunch at Boone, and just to shop and get some exercise. We also got to do some great wine tasting! The house is a two story and like all the houses on the river there are a lot of stairs. It might be a difficult place for people who have trouble with that. Overall great house, great location, and very nice owners! I would definitely stay there again."Guest: Diane C. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 15, 2014View listing
"My girlfriend and I stayed in this home for the Jazz and Blues festival. It is well located with an awesome view of the beautiful river off the back deck. It's a nice place, old-school but clean and nice. We cooked our breakfasts each morning and found the kitchen well stocked with all the regular stuff needed. Comfortable and clean place that I'd rent again. I'd considered bringing along my canoe since it's right on the river but am glad I didn't as it's quite a steep distance down some shaky steps to be hauling a canoe. We walked into town each day which was fine, but it's along the main road which gets busy so I wouldn't recommend it for folks with small kids."Guest: Erik P. "We had three couples with a couple of kiddies. Each room had its own bath which made this place great! Plenty of toys for the kids to play with, awesome deck with redwoods towering about! Walk to the Rio Nido Roadhouse & Pool. We'll be back!"Guest: Charlene L. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 19, 2014View listing
"Stayed here for 4 nights while touring around wine country and attending a wedding. Excellent little cabin in the woods to use a home base. Very pleasant to return to for a relaxing dinner of BBQ and wine. Very comfortable and well appointed cabin. Would gladly stay here again!"Guest: Colby B.
