  • This place was great

"We spend new years here with my family and everyone loved the place. This place was great for traveling with family. Large, clean and beautify house. Right in the middle of the city. The owner was nice, and the great thing they allow pets, my dog loved it too :). It is not too far from beautiful hike next to river which we did with my parents"

  • Perfect River Getaway

"Had a wonderful week-long stay here at the house - first 1/2 of the week accomodated 10 adult guests comfortably - 3 couples and 4 singles - while the 2nd half of the week downsized to 6 adults and a year-old baby. The house even has a crib, which was essential for the family who had traveled from the East Coast, and would not have been able to bring an entire crib setup with them! The proximity to the river, the coast (20 min drive), Armstrong Redwoods State Park, Guerneville and the local wineries can't be beat. Plenty to do around the area, but we also spent some quality time relaxing in the hot tub, kayaking & canoeing on the river, and eating dinner on the lovely deck under the redwoods. Really, you can't beat the location for the price - would recommend to anyone looking for an escape in wine country!"

  • Great location on the river

"My girlfriend and I stayed in this home for the Jazz and Blues festival. It is well located with an awesome view of the beautiful river off the back deck. It's a nice place, old-school but clean and nice. We cooked our breakfasts each morning and found the kitchen well stocked with all the regular stuff needed. Comfortable and clean place that I'd rent again. I'd considered bringing along my canoe since it's right on the river but am glad I didn't as it's quite a steep distance down some shaky steps to be hauling a canoe. We walked into town each day which was fine, but it's along the main road which gets busy so I wouldn't recommend it for folks with small kids."

  • Breathtaking Views

"What a fantastic stay in a beautiful setting! My husband and I truly enjoyed the quiet countryside and a peaceful get-a-way from the concrete jungle. Holly and Eric were fantastic to work with and are very interesting people! We got to know them as we tasted wine and enjoyed each others company. The loft was clean and comfortable (especially the bed!) and stocked with all the kitchen tools we needed to make several meals. Having the freedom to roam around the property was awesome and we made good use of the spa and sauna. This is a location we will certainly go out of our way to visit, and can't wait to be back again very soon!"
