  • Flee winter New England

"Judith Caldwell keeps a lovely place with multiple rentals: the garden is secluded and the units quiet and peaceful. There is off-street parking and controlled access. The location can not be bettered for access to Wine Country, local restaurants, excellent grocery stores and Spring Lake and Annadel parks. Sunningfield Cinemas play the best movies not ten minutes away. There is TV and strong WiFi. The kitchen and cooking are adequate in the small unit we rented - no oven - but who cares? We have asked to return next year for an escape from the New England winter. Recommended."

  • Magnificent Place for a Celebration and/or Wine Tasting

"It is hard to imagine how elegantly furnished and beautifully decorated this house is from looking at the photos. Its spaciousness as well as cozy spaces for small groups to have an intimate conversation makes it perfect for a family get-together or any type of party. The extensive file of maps and recommended places to go was very useful. We found this VRBO rental to be an excellent location for wine tasting in the immediate area and more particularly in the Dry Creek Valley area where the wines are vinted in the manner of Loire Valley wines in France. We second everything the other reviewers have said about its amazingly complete stocks, equipment, and helpful owner."

  • An enjoyable stay at My Little Farm

"We (mom and teen daughter) enjoyed this beautiful area of the country and the charming Little Farm, with a wonderful cast of friendly critters. Julie made us feel welcome and respected our privacy as well. Highly recommend."

  • Perfect for family

"This is a large, well-appointed house for a family gathering. Spacious yard, large family room with lots of seating, pool table/ping pong table too. Very well stocked kitchen and the owner has left staples like herbs and spices for your use, which is very nice. 3-4 bedrooms - one room is connected to the master bedroom with no door separating the spaces, just a wide, open doorway. There were mattresses for our use on the floor in that space which was fine for kids. Three full bathrooms each with a shower was a very nice feature. There are plenty of linens and towels, nice washer/dryer and other appliances. The caretaker lives on the premises and is there for any questions, and the owner was very responsive via emails and phone calls."
