"I highly recommend this property, this property owner and this lovely area. We are a book club with a wine problem …or is it a wine club with a book problem? Either way, Rob and Marybeth’s home was the perfect place for our Sonoma stay. It is secluded enough to feel like you’re away from the rat race, but close enough to vineyards and wineries and Sonoma to shop and dine and tour and drink wine to your heart’s content.
We had a group of nine women and stayed four nights. We had plenty of room at the property for all. We took advantage of everything – ping pong in the barn, bocce ball, game night, bbq, movies, bookshelf, hot tub, outdoor dining, swimming walking the area … we had a blast. And the kitchen is fabulous with a wonderful gas stove. Cell phone coverage seemed to be the only issue.
Thank you, Rob and Marybeth, for providing a top-notch vacation home."

"We originally chose this spot for a weekend getaway because of it's proximity to all the things that make Sonoma Valley so great... vineyards, hiking, galleries, close to Carneros, quick hop to Napa, a mile from the Sonoma Square... its really in a great location. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck, having a glass of wine in the hot tub after a day of wilderness hiking on Sugarloaf Ridge in Kenwood, and the Sonoma restaurants we tried were fantastic. What we didn't expect was how much we would enjoy just being there. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon was so relaxing that we dialed back our agenda just so we could unplug a little and hang out at the cabin. We topped it off by picking up fresh picked vegetables from the W. Watmaugh farm stand on our way out of town. When people say they'd like to have a cabin in the wine country some day... this is what they mean. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"This was the cutest house ever! It was very spacious and the back house put the cherry on top! The owner was so nice and worked with my group! We had horrible travel and our trip was delayed a day. Bob was so great and let us extend our stay and work with us around our travel problems. The location of the house is in the heart of Sonoma and a very short walk away from all the shops and town square. I hope I can come back to this house again someday!"
