  • Beautiful, serene & a perfect getaway

"The photos of this house do not do it justice. It is super spacious, the house is outfitted with everything you could possibly need (foodie kitchen with wonderful pantry spices and cookware), and the views from the deck were stunning. It was less than five minutes to get into the main town for groceries, but we literally ended up staying at the house the entire time and enjoying the pool/hot tub, cooking, sipping wine and relaxing. From the house decorations to the books on the shelves, you can tell the homeowners are well-traveled and appreciate the good things in life. It was a joy to spend time here and live vicariously if only for an extended weekend."

  • Incredible Retreat

"We had a wonderful stay at Stonetree. The home is absolutely beautiful with large bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, children’s play area, study with books galore, pool, hot tub, gardens, open indoor/outdoor floor plan, and breathtaking views. The house itself is immaculate and inviting with lots of light and convenience; it’s great for family gatherings and equally great if you have a dog. Jim, the caretaker, is very helpful if you have any questions or issues with the home (e.g. internet connection, hot tub temperature, sound system, etc.), and Caryl, the owner, is a pleasure to work with at all times before, during, and after your stay. The grounds themselves are spectacular, and great hiking is a very short walk from the house: beautiful forest, hills, trees, stream, and a fantastic bonus is that you are only a short hike away from Jack London’s estate, which offers a glimpse into his home and farming life in the early 1900’s. The area itself has nice local restaurants if/when you tire of cooking and of course some great vineyards to visit. All in all, it is hard to beat Stonetree if you are looking to experience a few days living (vs. hoteling) in wine country. We can't wait to return this summer."

  • Well-appointed Healdsburg Getaway

"Vine Haven combines the close proximity to lively downtown Healdsburg with the peace and quiet of rural wine country. My favorite spot is the hot tub, under the stars, on the edge of a bucolic vineyard. Inside, the spacious kitchen is well-equipped and streamlined, and the clean, uncluttered rooms have all the modern comforts of a hotel."

  • Charming 1940's Cottage

"This is the second time my mother and I stayed at Emma's Cottage. Mark and John are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. The cottage is decorated beautifully with attention to small, yet important details like fluffy towels and an immaculately well-organized kitchen. Before we arrived, Mark even surprised us with a special table set up for my mother and I to play our Scrabble games. We're looking forward to our third visit."
