  • Serene Retreat

"Our expecations were exceeded with this beautiful home with the fantastic views. There are full walls of windows overlooking the ocean. We watched fishing vessels and kayakers below. The hot tub overlooks the the cove below as well. The house is very secluded amongst the pines. It feels very private. The house has very high ceilings and feels enormous. The king master and the queen bedroom downstairs were very large. The smallest room has the 2 twin beds. It was all so comfortable and clean. We saw a few banana slugs and woodpeckers on the deck too. The house had direct t.v. and wi-fi access. Never found the iron though!"

  • Even better than the photos!

"We were expecting a lovely house after looking at the photos, but the photos truly do not do this house justice. First the property itself is just lovely--stunning view, lovely grounds. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything anyone could need. It's also very centrally located for any activities in wine country. I highly recommend this property and plan on returning."

  • Great Place!

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very comfortable, roomy, quiet, & well-equiped. Janice checked to make sure we got in okay and to see if there was anything we needed. The house is clearly very well cared for."

"This was one of the most well equipped home I've rented…having had experience with at least 8 others in the same development. Very comfortable! Some comments from the other couples we shared this fabulous weekend with…"awesome house", "a great find", fabulous home". It is easy to get to many attractions either walking, biking or by car."

Wine Country Travel Tips

California Wine Country Travel Gives You Access to World-class Wines

Beyond the beaches, if there is one thing for which the state of California is known, it is its wine country. Producing some of the finest wines in the world, the Napa and Sonoma regions of California are often at the top of wine enthusiasts' lists when it comes to California wine country travel. If you are looking for a vacation idea that is unique and different and may also help you learn just a bit more about this interesting industry, then come on over to California. The vineyards are welcoming, the wines are exceptional and the wine country vacation rentals and wine country lodging are simply luxurious.

A Bouquet of Options with California Wine Country Travel

California wine country is well-accustomed to visitors who want to sample their award-winning wines and tour the vineyards. As a result, you will find a host of wine country lodging options to suit your needs. Whether you need space for just one or two people or you are traveling with a larger group, the wine country vacation rentals in the area will meet your needs. After settling into your vacation home, it will be time to do some exploring. The vineyards in wine country range from small family-owned affairs to much larger vineyards. All of them have one thing in common and it is the hospitality they display to visitors. Most are happy to provide tours, offer samples, give lectures about the characteristics of their wines, and offer shops where you can purchase their products to take home.

Wine Country Vacation Rentals Are Your Connection to Fine Wines

When planning California wine country travel, keep in mind that it is a good idea to check with the local vineyards before you leave your wine country lodging. While most vineyards are all too happy to welcome guests, some vineyards have specific times at which they give tours and are not open to the public during other hours.

Experience It All with Wine Country Lodging

While your main interest may lie in touring the wineries and vineyards during your California wine country travel, keep in mind that there are many other sights to explore in the area as well, including fine shopping and dining opportunities not far from wine country vacation rentals.
