  • This property is wonderfully decorated in classic rustic

"A tasteful and comfortable place to wake up to before a busy day of wine-tasting... And even better, to come back to after the hullabaloo! I was at ease the moment I walked in. Then, I sat down and that's all she wrote! I was ready to start the vacation. What a pleasure to treat myself, get back to nature and forget the world. Everyone needs a time-out once in awhile."

  • Quiet family getaway

"The farmstay trailer was a perfect place for my husband and I, and our 3 year old son. There are amazing trails to take a stroll on, an organic garden to wander through, and a small farm. The farm tour was great! My son had so much fun getting up close to the horse, feeding the goats, and even picking fresh eggs from the hen house. I enjoyed tasting all the delicious food items. The trailer was located in a nice spot that felt secluded and was surrounded by beautiful views. It was nice to sit and read right outside the trailer while my son napped, or to soak in the private hot tub, under the stars, when he had gone to bed. The trailer and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The trailer was also very well equipped, making it feel like a little home away from home. Everyone at the farm was friendly and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this place to small families who enjoy nature."

  • Family Birthday Weekend

"We rented the property for my mom's 70th birthday. What a perfect and ideal weekend getaway. The property is amazing. Beautifully landscaped and fun activities for all ages. The pool, tennis court and basketball court all got a ton of use from our entire family. The location is close to everything - wine tasting, spas, shopping, hiking and restaurants. We are already talking about returning next year! Lisa was very easy to work with and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. I have already recommended this property to friends and relatives."

  • Pictures do not do Justice!

"My friends and I live all over the US and Canada, and due to a conference in SF, wanted a Sonoma getaway that was close to town, but allowed us quiet time to just hang out together. This was ideal. It has the most amazing location, just an 8 minute drive to downtown Sonoma, but still removed enough that it is surrounded my Sonoma's most breathtaking nature. The house is great, lots of room, great spaces to sit around and chat while sipping wine and playing games, a well stocked kitchen, and the towels and other supplies are all perfectly appointed. We had 10 people, and though that is the near max, there was still so much space. But, what really takes the prize here is the land / the estate. We got there and ran all over looking for the pool. After a few minutes of hiking this amazingly huge back yard that drops to a creek bed, we thought we made a mistake about there being a pool. That was until I did exploring and found the most UNREAL pool complex next door - carved into the hillside, with a vista trail, Jacuzzi, hammocks, tables and chairs, tea light lanterns. It was more spectacular than pictures could show. What a place to spend time. We only were there for a short spell, and now I know why they laughed at us and out 24 hour booking - you'd need way more time to enjoy all the offerings of this lovely home! Looking for quality time with people you love in a place you'll love - this is it. PS: The owner is a great communicator, making everything smooth and stress-free."

Wine Country Travel Tips

California Wine Country Travel Gives You Access to World-class Wines

Beyond the beaches, if there is one thing for which the state of California is known, it is its wine country. Producing some of the finest wines in the world, the Napa and Sonoma regions of California are often at the top of wine enthusiasts' lists when it comes to California wine country travel. If you are looking for a vacation idea that is unique and different and may also help you learn just a bit more about this interesting industry, then come on over to California. The vineyards are welcoming, the wines are exceptional and the wine country vacation rentals and wine country lodging are simply luxurious.

A Bouquet of Options with California Wine Country Travel

California wine country is well-accustomed to visitors who want to sample their award-winning wines and tour the vineyards. As a result, you will find a host of wine country lodging options to suit your needs. Whether you need space for just one or two people or you are traveling with a larger group, the wine country vacation rentals in the area will meet your needs. After settling into your vacation home, it will be time to do some exploring. The vineyards in wine country range from small family-owned affairs to much larger vineyards. All of them have one thing in common and it is the hospitality they display to visitors. Most are happy to provide tours, offer samples, give lectures about the characteristics of their wines, and offer shops where you can purchase their products to take home.

Wine Country Vacation Rentals Are Your Connection to Fine Wines

When planning California wine country travel, keep in mind that it is a good idea to check with the local vineyards before you leave your wine country lodging. While most vineyards are all too happy to welcome guests, some vineyards have specific times at which they give tours and are not open to the public during other hours.

Experience It All with Wine Country Lodging

While your main interest may lie in touring the wineries and vineyards during your California wine country travel, keep in mind that there are many other sights to explore in the area as well, including fine shopping and dining opportunities not far from wine country vacation rentals.
