"As expected, the condo was ready and felt like home away from home. We stayed for 7 nights and every night was quiet and relaxing. Perfect price for this swanky condo! We came to bring our daughter back to college in Denver and chose to stay here again! Dara and Larry make sure the condo is perfect for their guests! The location is perfect and close to our daughters college, shopping, great restaurants, and sightseeing locations such as the Rocky Mountains Natl Park, Garden of the Gods, and other amazing places. Thank you both for your hospitality and opening your condo for visitors to enjoy the wonderful city of Denver and state of Colorado!"

"This location is great. Close to downtown and right down the street from highway exits. Street parking was easy. The condo was clean when we arrived and had fresh towels. I'd give it 5 stars however, it doesn't sleep 3 in my opinion. Yes there is a loft but hard to climb ladder and the amount of space between the mattress and ceiling is very minimal and uncomfortable. The bed itself is too small for 2 people. I didn't see any fountain in the back like the description stated to enjoy and landscaping could have used some cleaning. We very much enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the grill however, there were no grilling utensils so couldn't clean the grill or have tongues to help with cooking (unless we missed them but we looked everywhere). Overall, if you're only using this as a a place to sleep it serves its purpose and has nice privacy compared to a hotel."

"We came to Denver for a long weekend family gathering, M&D mid-sixties, three kids all 20-something. This was a great find for us, as our first VRBO. Charming place, old but well-updated and contemporary in its performance.
This is a very walkable location, 5 blocks to Whole Foods and Potager restaurant (innovative and very good) one block to Jelly's, 3 blocks to the large Argonaut liquor/wine store. We also walked to the State Capitol and beyond to 16th Street Mall in less than 20 minutes. Demographic in the area is mixed, predominantly a hip millennial crowd; we felt very safe.
We used all the bedrooms and all were very comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted, and we used it and the grill out back several times. Every appliance we needed, and more, all good quality granite and stainless. Patio out back was a favorite gathering spot. The decor of the place is kitchy and interesting, nicely done.
The garage is small but very workable, with automatic remote. We rented a mid-sized SUV and it fit without difficulty. The garage is your parking space as finding a space on the street is very tough.
Ed, the owner, is very responsive, and easy to reach. Our family would certainly stay here again and we recommend the place for a gathering of family and friends.
Thanks again, Ed"
