"This house is in a beautiful neighborhood (virtually all are brick homes with patios). We were very impressed with the house (everything was clean and in good working order). Linda, the owner, was very kind to us and she even stopped by one day for a couple minutes to make sure everything was perfect, to see what we've seen/done so far, and to offer advise on other places we may want to check out. All eight of us in the group would definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"The owners take excellent care of the place and it really is in a perfect location. Four of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. Great info available for restaurants and shops nearby and the check in/check out system is perfect for people traveling at odd hours. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!"

"This home is in a beautiful neighborhood in Denver, but you will want a car. Good shopping and restaurants in the area. While the house has 4 bedrooms, it really is better suited for 4-6 adults. Our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) was a crowd in this house. The house is a modest size and both the kitchen and the dining area are quite small. The dining table seats four people and the owner suggested that others can sit around the coffee table in the living room or at the outdoor table. This house is best for adults. I would be cautious if I were a family with school age children because there is really no place for them to be other than in the bedroom or the backyard - bad weather can pose a problem. We were lucky to have good weather. There are two nice sized bedrooms on the main level and a newly remodeled bathroom. However, you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get out to the backyard. The other two bedrooms and another bathroom are upstairs. The upper rooms are good sized, but stairs up are narrow and fairly steep. You have to be careful on the stairs. The upstairs rooms did not really seem to be air-conditioned and depend on cool air coming up from the main floor. It was pretty hot and stuffy up there in July. In the basement, there is a third bathroom, but it isn't really convenient to use down there. There is also a basement laundry room. The laundry room was messy. Again, watch the stairs. The kitchen was recently updated and nice enough, but it was really not very well stocked for a rental in this price range - particularly when it comes to cooking equipment. The yard, both front and back has lots of greenery and is large. It could stand some yard maintenance. Eight people can eat at the table out in the yard when the weather is nice. There is a grill and a hot tub/spa back there as well. This owner is particular about the house, as he has a perfect right to be. Please take note that the "cleaning fee" is the "minimum." The owner had a lot of things stored at the house, both the garage and storage in the basement, also an owners' closet. There areas cannot be used by the guests. There was a big trailer in the driveway when we arrived. The owner was doing some moving of furniture at the time. The owner said in advance he needed to store things at the house and so we just parked on the street. The owner was responsive and came promptly to unstick the basement door and get the garbage disposal working."

"This is a beautiful condo right in the heart of Denver. Perfect for people needing a place close to the convention center (it's an easy walk at 4 blocks away). Everything is taken care of, so all you need is your suitcase.
16th Street mall is fantastic, and the Speer Blvd waking/biking path is a must see.
The beds in the 2nd bedroom are twins, so they might be small for taller adults, but everything was clean and comfortable.
Julie has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free.
We plan on being back!"
