"We were a group of four adults and one toddler, and I can't say enough good things about this house. Besides being spotlessly clean and impressively stocked, it has tons of charm and a very usable layout with great indoor and outdoor spaces. The sunny front porch, main living area, and the backyard/patio were all perfect for chatting, reading, and lounging. Our son was thrilled with the trucks in the playroom and backyard, and we appreciated the outlet covers, baby gates, high chair, and pack and play. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet, and walkable, with an great coffee shop (Common Grounds) just a few blocks away. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels/linens, brand new washer/dryer, good water pressure...I really could go on and on. We loved our stay here and hope to return someday."

"We came to Denver for a scientific convention and decided to stay in Barbara's house during this time. Connection to Downton is excellent - you just need to walk few minutes to Colfax Ave and catch the bus which takes you to 15th St. & California, which is almost at the door of Colorado Convention Center :) Getting around the city in Denver is easy easy and relatively cheap (6,75$ for day ticket) public transport drivers are very friendly and helpful, always willing to check some connections or routes for you :)
The house itself - enough to say: you can fall in love with it! Warm, cosy, decorated with taste, equipped with everything that you need during your stay.
Complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, tumbler, iron - everything is there. We unfortunately couldn't enjoy barbecue on patio, because of the rainy weather, but gas grill is there, instructions how to use it as well.
Boardgames and television will entertain you if the weather does not encourage city exploration ;)
The owners provide all the necessary information, all descriptions are accurate, we felt completely 'taken care of', especially with the list of tips about good places to enjoy around the location :)
Whenever I get a chance to visit Denver again, I will definitely choose Barbara's house :)"

"My husband, our golden retriever and I stayed for a week in Ann's cozy, well-situated and appointed condo. It was about a million times better than staying in a hotel and a very good value to boot! While Ann does live here, there is plenty of space for one's belongings. Everything you need is on hand (except food, and she even allows guests to use some of her supplies). For being so close to Colfax, it was amazingly quiet, and we slept wonderfully each night in the comfy beds. The location can't be beat with easy access to City Park, the zoo, restaurants, shops, etc. We walked our dog every morning along nearby 17th Avenue. The condo was an easy 5 minute drive to visit our daughter and family in Stapleton. Our grandkids enjoyed visiting us, and we even had a pizza party one night (baked the pizzas bought at nearby King Sooper's in the kitchen)! We would not hesitate in staying here on future trips, and thank Ann for opening up her special property!"
